Khloé Kardashian has confirmed once and for all that she has had plastic surgery after years of fan speculation.
The middle Kardashian sister made the revelation during part two of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion hosted by Andy Cohen on Sunday.
Speaking candidly about the physical insecurities she had throughout much of the show's 14-year run, the 36-year-old revealed she's had just one nose job.
News of the solo plastic surgery procedure comes in spite of the fact that she's often gotten flak for her "ever-changing" face.
The discussion around her cosmetic procedure arose from the following question asked by reunion's host: "Is there something that has been written about you or talked about that you feel like, this is something that I always get and it's just not true?"
"For me, everyone says, 'Oh my gosh, she's had her third face transplant,'" Khloé answered, per The Mirror. "But I've had one nose job, Dr. Raj Kanodia, and everyone gets so upset, like, why don't I talk about it. No one's ever asked me. You're the first person in an interview that's ever asked me about my nose."
The mom-of-one also spoke about having previously tried out Botox, which she said she "responded horribly" to.
When the show first aired, the reality star felt confident and secure where her appearance was concerned, she revealed. However, following the first couple of seasons, Khloé became increasingly self-conscious.
She added: "That's when all that narrative of 'Fugly' or crazy things that I wasn't even aware of about myself, I think that's when I started to become hard on myself," she said. "I didn't know how much bigger I was, I became insecure because of everyone else telling me."
When asked whether she felt that her older sisters Kim and Kourtney got "preferential treatment for how they looked," Khloé said, "Yes".
The Good American founder recalled: "We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks and racks of clothes. I was told by so many different stylists -- I was given 2-3 different pieces of clothing and that's it -- not to worry because I would be in the background anyway.
"It would always be them two and me behind them. It was never a question, it was fact and it was very blatant as well."
