Khloé Kardashian swiftly responded to a fan who asked the reality star if she "misses" her "old face".

The 39-year-old reality TV star has received relentless trolling in recent years after fans repeatedly alleged that she's changed her face with cosmetic enhancements like filler and Botox - and even a nose job.

Whether it is on X following TV appearances or directly in her Instagram comments, Khloé endures a lot of trolling from people who type before they think. Fortunately, she's repeatedly proven that she's not going to let cruel trolls bring her down.

An example of this is when the Revenge Body star posted a short clip to Instagram where she documented her low-intensity interval training routine, which involved a range of core and glute-focused exercises like bosu ball squats and deadlifts.

Check out the clip below:

Khloé captioned the video: "We're Back Baby", and part of the clip showed her talking to the camera, saying: "Trying to get up the energy to workout. I'm just not in the mood, but let's get to it." The rest of the video - in which she used a filter - showed her running through the sweaty workout.

One person commented underneath the clip: "Do you miss your old face?", to which Kardashian was quick to respond "No." Clearly, the netizen didn't understand how a filter works...

Kardashian also replied to a second Instagram user's comment that read: "Try without a filter."

To which, she replied: "What does a filter have to do with the workout queen?"

The Good American founder previously opened up about her appearance during the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion in 2021. During that episode, she addressed accusations that she had a "face transplant" and also explained exactly what sort of cosmetic work she had done on her face.

"Everyone says, 'Oh my gosh, she's had her third face transplant.' But I've had one nose job, [with] Dr. Raj Kanodia. Everyone gets so upset, like, why don't I talk about it? But no one's ever asked me," she told host Andy Cohen, via People.

"You're the first person in an interview that's ever asked me about my nose. I've done, sure, injections - not really Botox. I've responded horribly to Botox," she added.

The mom-of-two - who shares her children with NBA player Tristan Thompson - also admitted that her sisters Kim and Kourtney used to be treated with more respect in the past due to them being perceived as more attractive.

"We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks and racks of clothes and I was told by so many different stylists, I was given about two or three pieces of clothing, that's it, and not to worry because I'll be in the background anyway," she admitted.

"Like I wouldn't be in the forefront, it would always be them two and me behind them," she said.

Last year, Kardashian opened up about the facial tumor she had removed from her face, which was the result of skin cancer from sun damage.

In October 2022, the reality TV star explained to fans that she underwent an immediate operation to get a tumor removed after noticing a stubborn "zit" on her face that didn't budge, as reported by People.

"You'll continue to see my bandages and when I'm allowed, you'll probably see a scar (and an indentation in my cheek from the tumor being removed) but until then I hope you enjoy how fabulous I'm making these face bandages look," she wrote at the time.
