In the span of ten years, she has not only been credited for "breaking the internet", but also as the proprietor of the "belfie". Further, over the past year, she has been following in the footsteps of the family's in-house beauty mogul, Kylie Jenner, and has launched an eponymous line of products.

But in spite of her clearly very hectic schedule, (season 14 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians has just wrapped) she has proved to be incredibly family orientated. The 37-year-old has three children with her husband, Kanye West. The most recent addition is Chicago - who was delivered via surrogate back in January - following Kim's gestational complications, which involved placenta accreta and preeclampsia.

Now, Kim has taken to social media to share a rare photograph of herself and Kanye West with all three children, and it's adorable.

The reality television star posted an image of her family to Instagram, and spoke to mothers everywhere when she commented on how difficult it is to wrangle three children for a photograph. "I don’t think you really understand how hard it is to take a good family pic," she wrote. "This was all we got before all three kids started crying. I think I cried too."

She then followed up with a tweet explaining that her three-year-old son, Saint, kept attempting to run away during the impromptu photoshoot . "One hand holding the baby and the other hand grabbing the back of Saints shirt because he kept running away lol," she added.

It's the first time that the Kardashian-Wests have released a photo of all of them together since Kim and Kanye brought home their third child, Chicago, in January.

The 37-year-old broke the news of Chicago's arrival on her website by saying that she and husband, Kanye West, were "over the moon". "She’s here! We’re so in love," Kim wrote. "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl".

Kim has been increasingly outspoken about the complications she experienced during her first two pregnancies. After the birth of North and  Saint, Kim suffered from pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta, which meant that she was unable to carry her third child. Speaking during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she said "I always knew surrogacy was an option, now it's my reality".

She's also been candid about the whole surrogacy process, and has confirmed that Chicago is their biological daughter. "A traditional surrogate donates her egg, is artificially inseminated with the father's sperm and then carries the baby to term," she explained on her app.

"Since we implanted my fertilized egg in our gestational carrier, our baby is biologically mine and Kanye’s. You can either choose someone that you know or you can go through an agency, like Kanye and I did."
