In today's topic of bizarre news... Elizabeth Hurley has filmed a steamy love scene for her latest movie directed by her son.
Many may agree when I say watching racy scenes with your parents is an uncomfortable experience, but it's clearly not an issue for Damian Hurley - the son of the 58-year-old actress.
The 21-year-old budding filmmaker has made his writing and directorial feature debut with the forthcoming mystery drama: Strictly Confidential.
According to The Mirror, the Bedazzled star plays Lily in the movie, and it follows the main character Mia - a girl who is struggling after the suicide of her best friend Rebecca.
After accepting an invitation to holiday with Rebecca's family, Mia founds out that the friends and family of her late best friend are hiding haunting secrets in regard to her death.
The outlet added that in one scene, Liz's character Lily is seduced by Pear Chiravara's Natasha after the young woman offers her a drink. A later shot shows Natasha kissing Lily’s chest.
The production for the upcoming drama wrapped up in December on the Caribbean island of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Taking to Instagram, Damian thanked everyone for their involvement.
"I can’t begin to sum up how intense and wonderful the past few months have been - I’m truly blown away by the inspiring and talented people I’ve been able to work with," he said.
In addition to his famous mom, the cast includes actress Georgia Lock and Lauren McQueen as well as Genevieve Gaunt - who starred as Pansy Parkinson in Harry Potter.
The son also praised the Austin Powers actress for sticking to her promise to star in his first feature film, writing: "Everyone involved deserves public declarations of adoration (all of which will come in due course) but right now I want to worship @ElizabethHurley1."
He continued: "Who, during the making of my first ever short film back in 2010 (when I was 8) promised me she’d be in my first feature; true to her word, the minute this film was greenlit, Mama dropped everything and raced out to the beautiful Caribbean to help. Working together was a dream."
It is not the first time Hurley has starred in one of her son’s projects, as last year she flew out to the Carribean island again for his short film, The Boy on the Beach.
The pair seem to have a close relationship as she revealed in 2018 that the photographer behind her endless stream of bikini posts on social media was in fact her son, per the Daily Mail.
Damian - whose father was the late businessman and film producer, Steve Bing - has also followed in her footsteps to become an actor, landing roles in the Australian soap Neighbours and American drama The Royals.
There is no release date set for the upcoming film, Strictly Confidential.
