On last Sunday's episode of Game of Thrones, Arya and Gendry...wait. You have seen the most recent episode of Game of Thrones right? I mean, it's one of the most popular TV shows in the world, which means if you log on to social media or check an entertainment news site, you're bound to find "spoilers" the second after it airs. Much like Westeros, the internet is not safe. I strongly recommend quitting your job, dumping your lover and telling your family to f*** off, so you can watch every episode of this TV show on time. Get your priorities straight.

Anyway, Arya and Gendry boned. Some people thought that was pretty cool. Others were a bit uncomfortable. After all, when Maisie Williams first appeared on Game of Thrones, she was ten years old. One decade later, she's blossomed into a young woman, but many fans still see her as a child. On Twitter, HBO reminded viewers that the character is 18, and therefore fully capable of making her own decisions. Whom to bone, when to bone, where to bone - that's her business. A girl has desires!

Joe Dempsie, who plays Gendry, admitted that shooting the steamy scene was a little awkward, since he's ten years older than Maisie. "It’s obviously slightly strange for me because I’ve known Maisie since she was 11, 12 years old," he told Entertainment Weekly . "At the same time, I don’t want to be patronizing toward Maisie — she’s a 20-year-old woman. So we just had a lot of fun with it."

As for Maisie, she told the publication: "I got to the read-through and I’m reading the scene and thought, ‘Oh, we’re actually going to do this. When do I shoot this? I need to go to the gym! David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] were like: ‘You can show as much or as little as you want. So I kept myself pretty private. I don’t think it’s important for Arya to flash. This beat isn’t really about that. And everybody else has already done it on the show, so…"

She added: "No one wants to make you feel uncomfortable, which kind of makes you feel more uncomfortable, because no one wants to look at anything that they shouldn’t look at, which in turn makes you feel like you look awful!"
