Can you believe it's already been six months since the Royal Wedding? I can't. I can barely believe I'm still talking about it. But it's true: all the way back in May, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle finally got hitched, and it was a really beautiful ceremony to behold.

But once the furore died down and the couple enjoyed their highly-publicised honeymoon period, they went right ahead and got stuck into married life. Meghan Markle's already got a baby on the way with a prominent life to boot, but marriage changes a person, and Prince Harry's had to adapt to a few changes as his marriage to Meghan Markle officially passes six months.

If you'd gone into a coma back in 2011 and woken up just this very morning, you'd identify Prince Harry as the wild child of the Royal Family, especially after he was photographed living it up in Vegas. But Meghan Markle's already managed to slow him down somewhat, and by banning her husband from drinking alcohol, she's done what no woman (or man) has managed to do before.

Of course, the British tabloids aren't really world-renowned for their truthfulness, but an insider source for the Royal Family seems to confirm that while Meghan Markle is with child, she's encouraged Prince Harry to cut down on not only the booze, but caffeine too.

Instead of boozing it up or downing coffee after coffee, Prince Harry has been asked to participate more in exercise and yoga, and drink a lot more water to help with the process. It sounds like quite the challenge for the 34-year-old, but according to the rest of the Royal Family, it's had quite the effect.

"Considering he's been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it's quite an achievement," explained the source, saying that Prince Harry looked much healthier over the Christmas period this year than he had back in 2017.

"Now his new regime doesn’t make him the most entertaining party guest in the world, but he’s definitely more chilled and relaxed. All she [Meghan] did was show him there’s another way to live and he’s become a huge fan. He eats well, doesn't poison his body, exercises, does a bit of yoga and is a lot happier."

Ever since becoming a part of Prince Harry's life, Meghan Markle has been doing a lot to slowly transition the 34-year-old's lifestyle into one more healthy and conducive to a long life. She convinced him to give up smoking back in March, as well as getting him to give up junk food so he could get fit for the wedding.

At the end of the day, marriage is super difficult, but it's also meant to make you a better person. While the jury's out on whether Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be able to weather the media storm surrounding them at seemingly all times, it seems as if Meghan's already made a few positive changes to Prince Harry's health.
