Michelle Yeoh and her long-time partner, former Ferrari CEO Jean Todt, have finally said "I do" after a 19-year engagement.

The Oscar-winning actress, 60, and Todt held a private wedding ceremony in Geneva, a heartwarming moment that was nearly two decades in the making.

The couple's love story, which began on June 4, 2004, in Shanghai, was revealed in their wedding program. "On 26th July 2004, J.T proposed to marry M.Y and she said YES," it read, indicating the pair were engaged just shy of two months after they met.

Their big day, beautifully captured by ex-Ferrari Formula 1 driver Felipe Massa, took place 6,992 days later, on July 27, 2023. "Today after 6992 days on 27th July 2023 in Geneva, surrounded by loving family and friends, we are so happy to celebrate this special moment together!" the program noted.

Massa shared a series of photos on Instagram, including a shot of himself with the newlyweds and Yeoh's 2023 Best Actress Oscar statuette for her role in Everything Everywhere All at Once. The actress was radiant in a cream silk shirt and tasseled skirt as she posed with Todt, Massa, and guests inside a stunning Genevan venue.

In another outfit, a delicate nude lace dress with a silk bodice, Yeoh was pictured embracing her husband, with her golden Oscar statuette in the foreground. "Happy marriage #JeanTodt & #michelleyeoh love you so much," Massa captioned his post.

This marriage comes hot on the heels of Yeoh's historic Oscar win in March, which made her the first Asian woman to bag the Best Actress Award. "This is actually a historical moment, and I have to thank the Academy for acknowledging, embracing diversity and true representation," Yeoh said after her triumph.

The actress gave a stirring speech at the awards, saying, "Thank you, thank you. For all the little boys and girls who look like me watching tonight, this is a beacon of hope and possibilities." She also thanked the film's team, her family, and dedicated the award to her mother, saying, "She's 84, and I'm taking this home to her."

Yeoh ended her speech with a heartfelt dedication to her godchildren, sisters, brothers, family, and expressed gratitude to the Academy. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to the Academy, this is history in the making," she concluded.
