“It’s a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us.”
Reflecting on the end of her nearly three-decade marriage, she added: “It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom.”
Furness also shared a key lesson from the split: “That none of this is personal.”
Despite the pain, she expressed gratitude for her time with Jackman, noting that she had “gained much knowledge and wisdom” through the experience.
Her words paint a picture of resilience, even as they hint at the emotional toll of the divorce and the “traumatic betrayal” she endured.
