Paul Rudd has left fans stunned after making a surprisingly candid confession about his manhood during a podcast appearance that has since gone viral online.
The actor was appearing on Take Your Shoes Off w/ Rick Glassman back in January when the conversation took an unexpectedly X-rated turn. During the chat, Glassman bluntly asked Rudd how old he was when he realized he had a big penis.
Rudd admitted he was "probably" in Junior High when he realized he had a "big old dong", before recalling how self-conscious he felt during gym class showers as a teenager. He then launched into a bizarre story about a classmate named Babak, saying: "There was one kid in my class. His name was Babak; he was from Iran."
The conversation quickly spiraled into increasingly crude territory, with Rudd joking about his former classmate and eventually suggesting he had the advantage when it came to anatomy.
The clip soon began making the rounds online, with many viewers focusing on Rudd's comment about his size.
Fans wasted no time sharing their reactions on social media.
One person joked: “I’m gonna need some evidence.”
Another added: “Pics or it didn’t happen.”
Others seemed more interested in celebrating the revelation than questioning it.
“Learning that Paul Rudd has a big one was not on my bingo card for 2026… but I think this one’s a winner!” one fan wrote.
Another commented: “No wonder he's so nice and carefree. He has nothing to prove.”
Elsewhere in the podcast, Rudd explained why moviegoers have never seen him strip off for a fully nude scene.
"I mean, I've never done [a movie nude]. I've never been naked in a movie," he said.
When Glassman asked why, Rudd replied: "Why? I mean, I'm a fairly private person, I don't want to be just wagging my dick all over the place. I'm not Harvey Keitel in The Piano."
The actor's remarks were clearly made in a lighthearted setting, but that hasn't stopped fans from jokingly demanding proof, while others simply enjoyed learning an unexpected fact about one of Hollywood's most popular stars.

Paul Rudd had an unforgettable moment on comedian Rick Glassman’s Take Your Shoes Off podcast that got everyone talking.
During their latest episode, Rudd cracked a series of bold jokes about his physique that left Glassman momentarily speechless. The playful exchange built on a comedy bit the pair have revisited more than once, blending scripted moments with candid reactions from the actor.
Rudd, known for his roles in films like Clueless and the Ant‑Man series, brought his signature charm and quick wit to the discussion. At one point, Glassman boldly stated to the actor, “You have a huge penis. You do—you have a huge penis.”
Rudd’s reaction ranged from amused silence to self‑aware replies that made listeners laugh.
The segment wasn’t all about the ribald jokes. It also reminded fans of the light‑hearted rapport between the two comedians that has made this podcast appearance widely shared and discussed online this week.
When Glassman dropped the bold line about Rudd’s anatomy, the Ant‑Man star took it in stride. He joked back at Glassman with, “I didn’t realize that you even saw my penis,” which drew laughs from everyone listening. Glassman then quipped, “It was hard—it was soft to miss.”
As the back‑and‑forth continued, Glassman turned the joke into a playful analysis and asked Rudd, “Do you feel like people don’t know how big your penis is?” Rudd replied to that with a blend of honesty and humor, saying, “I mean I’ve never done—I’ve never been naked in a movie.”
Rudd didn’t stop at the quips. He also shared a bit about his approach to his on‑screen image and personal boundaries. On the podcast he said, “I’m a fairly private person” and added, “I don’t wanna just be wagging my d‑k all over the place. I’m not Harvey Keitel in The Piano.”
His comments brought a mix of laughter and insight into how he balances his laid‑back persona with his long career in Hollywood.
Fans online have reacted strongly to the episode, praising Rudd’s willingness to play along and make people laugh.

Celebrities have never exactly been shy when it comes to oversharing, and a few male stars have made headlines by directly commenting on the size of their own anatomy. Whether it was a joke, a boast, or an attempt to calm wild rumors, these are the stars who have actually spoken about it themselves.
While plenty of famous men have been the subject of speculation, only a smaller group have publicly weighed in with comments about their own endowment. Some leaned into the gossip for laughs, while others seemed keen to set the record straight.
From infamous interview moments to viral one-liners, these comments became pop culture talking points all on their own.
Pete Davidson has addressed years of speculation sparked by comments from Ariana Grande, saying it is "big enough to enjoy" while insisting the online rumors had exaggerated things.
Paul Rudd turned the question into a joke when asked by Chris Evans, replying that it was "bigger than [his] paycheck", in a classic deadpan response.
Jason Derulo fueled plenty of discussion after Instagram removed a photo of him in underwear for "nudity," later referencing a "large" endowment while complaining about the removal.
He captioned a later post: "F*** u mean? I have underwear on… I can't help my size.." and then went on to comment "#bringbackanaconda."
Unlike celebrities who have simply been the subject of rumors, Derulo directly fed the chatter himself, which is why his comment - and others like his - continue to resurface.
What makes these moments memorable is that they did not come from gossip columns or paparazzi speculation. They came from the celebrities themselves.
Some used humor, some used bravado, and some seemed to be responding to rumors already spiraling online. But in every case, they commented on their own size rather than letting others do the talking.
And in Hollywood, that kind of quote tends to live forever.

Paul Rudd has been named the Sexiest Man Alive 2021 by People Magazine.
The Ant-Man star said his wife was "stupefied" when he told her about the flashy new title, which he took from Michael B. Jordan who was crowned by the magazine last year.
The news was announced by Stephen Colbert on The Late Show, alongside a sketch showing Rudd undergoing tests on his attractiveness.
It ended with Rudd pouring a gallon of water over his head, saying: "Help me, I'm drowning in sexiness."
After all the tests, Colbert told Rudd he "tested negative for sexy," and as the actor began to walk away in apparent disappointment after thanking Colbert for the opportunity, Colbert and a roomful of people dressed in white lab coats begin to clap.
"There's nothing sexier than humility... and you passed," Colbert said, adding: "Paul, you're the sexiest man alive."
"I'm the sexiest man alive?" Rudd exclaimed in shock as he covered his mouth before being crowned, given flowers and a beauty-pageant banner reading: "SEXIEST MAN ALIVE."
The 52-year-old told People: "I do have an awareness, enough to know that when people hear that I'd be picked for this, they would say, 'what?' This is not false humility. There are so many people that should get this before me."
The star is famed for his youthful appearance and his films include Clueless, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up and This Is 40.
When he told his wife of the award, Rudd explained: "She was stupefied. But you know she was very sweet about it. After some giggling and shock, she said 'oh, they got it right.' And that was very sweet. She was probably not telling the truth, but what's she going to say?"
Rudd has been married to wife Julie Yaeger since 2003. The pair share sons Jack, 17, and Darby, 12.
"When I think about myself, I think of myself as a husband and a father, like I'm that. I just hang out with my family when I'm not working. That's what I kind of like the most," he added.
Rudd has portrayed Ant-Man in the Marvel blockbusters Captain America: Civil War, Ant-Man And The Wasp, and Avengers: Endgame.
As well as his film career, the actor played Phoebe Buffay's boyfriend Mike Hannigan in hit sitcom Friends.
Previous holders of the sexiest man alive title include Hollywood heart-throbs Brad Pitt, Sir Sean Connery, Mel Gibson, Tom Cruise, George Clooney, Blake Shelton, John Legend, and Idris Elba.
Rudd's big break came in 1995 when he starred in teen comedy Clueless alongside Alicia Silverstone.

It’s a perennial debate that has occupied rhetoric around sex for centuries, but does penis size really matter, and can men really speak unabashedly about the size of their own?
Indeed, while Hollywood stars aren’t what you’d usually describe as your typical man, several have felt proud enough to discuss their manhood in public forums.
Whether we’ve seen them bare all on-screen, or they’ve simply found themselves at the centre of awkward conversations about their bodies, we take a look at what everyone is dying to know.
After paparazzi photos of him circulated online, Bieber addressed the situation with Access Hollywood head-on. He admitted feeling caught off guard, saying: “I was scared… I was like, ‘Oh my God… Shrinkage is real.’” He then clarified: “No, no. That's as big as she gets.”
While performing in the stage play Equus, Radcliffe had to appear nude, which he said made him self-conscious. “You tighten up like a hamster,” he explained, while talking to the New York Times, describing stage fright. He added that he reassured himself by thinking: “I don't think even one of them would expect you to look your best in this situation.”
Like his fellow singer, Bieber, Enrique Iglesias spoke to fans during a concert, Iglesias joked about himself, saying: “Maybe I have the Spanish looks, but I have the smallest penis in the world. I'm serious.”
Fassbender became a talking point after appearing nude in Shame, with Charlize Theron joking during an awards speech: “Your penis was a revelation. I'm available to work with it anytime.” George Clooney also quipped: “Really Michael… you can play golf like this with your hands behind your back.”
Colin Farrell may have taken on the title role in Alexander, but audiences never saw everything that was originally filmed. A nude scene featuring the actor was ultimately removed from the movie.
He went on to explain to Entertainment Weekly, that while the scene itself had a softer intent, the visual impact may have been distracting. “If anything, it's a beautiful, gentle moment — and a f**king large c**k with huge balls, is just f**king jarring," he quipped.
The popular Scott Rogowsky, best known for hosting HQ Trivia, once surprised followers by openly sharing a highly personal detail about himself on social media.
In a 2015 post, he wrote: “FUN FACT: My penis is of below-average length and girth,” offering the information in a joking, matter-of-fact tone to his Twitter audience.
While filming the 2011 romantic comedy Friends with Benefits, Timberlake left a strong impression on his co-star Patricia Clarkson during a scene that required him to appear nude.
Speaking about the experience later, Clarkson didn’t hold back, saying: “Yeah… I had the good fortune to get to see him… all there,” and added that Timberlake was “big.”

If we were to pay lip service to every man who claimed they had a large penis, the stereotype around men being liars would largely be substantiated, but there are precious few who counteract that claim, and are, in fact, overly honest.
In the sphere of Hollywood stardom, body image has never been more prominent, so it is refreshing when actors discuss their privates with sincerity and a little humor, reminding us all that not all of the industry’s big names have been gifted in the manhood department.
The former HQ Trivia host took things to another level when he shared a very personal detail with fans. In 2015, he tweeted: “FUN FACT: My penis is of below-average length and girth.”
He later expanded on that with more self-deprecating humour, saying: “I'm not, uh, exactly blessed in the crotch department… I found the standard issue to be a little … baggy.”
Never one to hold back, LaBeouf openly admitted to Jimmy Kimmel his own insecurity on the topic. “For a person who's not extremely well-endowed… I'm kinda insecure about my own junk,” he said, offering a rare moment of vulnerability.
Iglesias chose humour when addressing the topic, joking to a crowd: “Maybe I have the Spanish looks, but I have the smallest penis in the world. I'm serious.”
Whether it was true or not, the comment definitely got attention—and laughs.
While he hasn’t directly commented on size, Radcliffe has spoken honestly about the awkward reality of performing nude on stage. Reflecting on his role in Equus during an interview with The New York Times, he said: “You tighten up like a hamster.”
It’s a candid reminder that confidence isn’t always as effortless as it looks.
After paparazzi photos sparked widespread discussion, Bieber addressed the situation with a mix of embarrassment and honesty. “I was scared… I was like, ‘Oh my God… Shrinkage is real,’” he said.
He then added bluntly: “No, no. That's as big as she gets.”
