After months of secrecy, the on-and-off couple has finally revealed the name of their daughter, and it's just as edgy, mythical, and attention-grabbing as you'd imagine.
In a sweet video posted to Instagram, the 35-year-old singer, whose real name is Colson Baker, serenaded his baby girl with a ukulele.
While she was mostly off-camera, save for a glimpse of her tiny leg, the caption stole the spotlight. “Saga Blade Fox-Baker,” he wrote, adding: “Thank you for the ultimate gift @meganfox.”
Many fans took to social media to gush over the striking name. “Saga Blade Fox-Baker. What a powerful name you have," one X user penned.
"Such an awesome name!!!" another person wrote. “AWWW OMG THATS SO CUTE!!" a third exclaimed.

So what’s the story behind the name?
Colleen Slagen, baby name consultant and author of Naming Bebe: An Interactive Guide to Choosing a Baby Name You Love, broke down the meaning.
“'Saga' is a beautiful Scandinavian name meaning 'seeing one.' It is a name in Norse mythology that belongs to the Goddess of Storytelling,” she told the Daily Mail. “It implies something spiritual, other-worldly, prophetic… a meaning they must have been very drawn to.”
As for that razor-sharp middle name? Slagen says it’s a perfect fit for MGK’s rockstar image. “‘Blade’ is right in line with the edgy, radical word names we’re hearing from celebrities. Riot, Crash… If anyone is going to give their daughter the middle name Blade, Machine Gun Kelly would be your best guess.”
And it turns out “Blade” has been on MGK’s wishlist for years. In a 2021 GQ couples quiz with the Transformers star, the rapper revealed “Blade” as his dream middle name, and Fox guessed it unprompted. “That’s what I want,” he told her. “Blade is good.”
Saga, born on March 27, is the first child the former couple shares together. The 39-year-old is already a mom to Noah, 11, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, seven, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. MGK shares his 15-year-old daughter, Casie, with ex Emma Cannon.

Sources say Fox “found material on MGK’s phone that was upsetting” and asked him to leave early. They haven’t been seen together since.
“They tried to make things work for many years. It was exhausting for Megan,” a source told People. “She’s done with him now. She just wants to focus on the baby and her boys.”
Still, the source added that the two, who met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020, are committed to co-parenting. “Whatever issues they have, Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting. Right now they’re amicable.”
