Sia has legally filed to officially change her name following her marriage.

Last May, the 48-year-old Australian singer-songwriter tied the knot with Dan Bernard in an intimate ceremony at Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's Villa Olivetta in Portofino, Italy.

According to PEOPLE, the intimate nuptials were attended by just six guests including the bride and groom.

The candle-lit ceremony featured a gazebo decorated with florals as well as an outdoor space that had extravagant gold tables topped with white candles in glass cases.

Pictures obtained by the outlet show the 'Chandelier' musician donning a long-sleeved lace mermaid gown, with a high neck and a matching sheer veil with lace detailing. Meanwhile, her husband donned a light-colored suit.

As the couple - whose relationship reportedly dates back to December 2021 - will celebrate their first wedding anniversary soon, the Cheap Thrills songstress has filed to change her name from ‘Sia Furler’ to ‘Sia Bernard,' per court documents seen by TMZ.

The news comes after the pop star - who famously performs wearing giant wigs that cover her face - admitted that she underwent liposuction to manage the weight she gained while taking a mystery medication.

"Had to take a medication that made me put on a lot of weight that I just can't shift with exercise or thyroid meds so I went in for lipo today," she admitted in the December 10 tweet.

"Please know that I am so lucky to have the resources to change the way I look and that when you see me looking crazy foxy again that I want you to know it did not come from diet and exercise," she continued.

"I want to be truthful about all of my procedures so I don't contribute to the system that tells us we aren't enough," she added. "I am insecure like most people and being in the public eye gives me anxiety, so I’ve made the choice to alter my appearance for my own confidence issues."

That same year, Sia confessed to undergoing a facelift while speaking onstage at the Fifth Daytime Beauty Awards in LA on October 1.

In her speech, the 'Electric Heart' artist wasted no time in getting candid with the audience and said: "I’m a pop star that normally hides my face and doesn’t lie about s***. I got an amazing facelift from Dr. Talei," as cited by E! News.

Sia didn't specify when she underwent the procedure but continued: "He is incredible. And he is doing so much good work - and not just for the pop stars of the world."

The 'Electric Heart' crooner couldn’t get over how amazing the procedure from the Beverly Hills Center for Plastic Surgery turned out.

"I was showing someone in the back my before-and-afters right before I came on," she quipped. "People go, 'You look nice.' I'm like, 'Dr. Ben Talei, facelift' for like anything you could ever want. I love him, I can't say enough good about him."
