Steve-O has revealed he has decided not to go ahead with getting double-D breast implants as he'd planned to do.
The Jackass star, 50, had announced in July that he was planning to go under the knife to get breast implants, which he had intended to have removed after two months.
He was planning to use his new cleavage as part of future pranks and even went as far as having consultations with doctors ahead of his surgery to get D-cup boobs.
However, Steve-O has since revealed that he won't be going ahead with the procedure after one particular conversation changed his mind.

He revealed in a recent interview with Consequence that he had asked a transgender person for their opinion on his stunt and the conversation they had made him decide to scrap it.
He explained: "I asked the transgender person if I could run something by them, and I had a conversation with this person that had a profound impact on me."
Steve-O revealed that he'd initially planed to "get a boob job and just film a bunch of legitimately funny hidden camera pranks with me in disguise, in various disguises, and then revealing who I actually am, and just funny endurance stunts and whatever," on the X5 podcast in July.
However, after his conversation with a transgender person, he realised that they had concerns that it would be him trying to "trick people into thinking that I was a woman and then fooling them, and then kind of celebrating the idea of hate towards [trans people] — that was a thing."
They also enlightened Steve-O on the ongoing persecution transgender people can face, including issues around which bathrooms they are able to use or their very existence threatening to be criminalized.

He explained that the person "described how they weren’t allowed to use the bathroom at their place of work, that there were like maybe 28 states in the country that would arrest them for having an ID that said female on it.
"That there were politicians making concerted efforts to lock them up in internment camps. It was really pretty heartbreaking, the level of oppression that was described."
The heartbreaking realization of the battles many trans people face to simply exist made Steve-O decide to scrap the extreme stunt.
"Framed like that, I thought about it in a way that I hadn’t before, where you know, wow, maybe it’s not all fun and games. Especially the pranks," he revealed.
He revealed that the chain of events had begun when just 10 hours before he was due in theater, the anesthesiologist pulled out of the surgery after finding out it was for a prank, and the doctor had also refused to perform the operation as they didn't want to be associated with it.
After struggling to find another clinic to go ahead with it, Steve-O had initially planned to travel to Mexico to get the procedure done, but felt that "fate intervened" when he was served by a transgender person at the supermarket and felt compelled to ask them how they felt about his plans.
While he ultimately decided to scrap that stunt, Steve-O revealed that fans will get to see and hear about it on his tour, adding: "I don’t really avoid the topic — I explain that I felt the universe intervened on my behalf."

He admitted that it was difficult to be seen to have gone back on his word about going through the medical procedure, adding: "It was difficult for me. Looking back on it, I’m extremely grateful that it didn’t happen. I’m really glad that I didn’t go through with it.
"But that didn’t make it any easier, because I was so vocal about my plans to do that, and I’ve never been the kind of artist to say I was going to do something and then not do it. That was what I had trouble with, was not honoring my word."
And despite any backlash he might face, Steve-O added: "I think it’s a very valuable trait to be able to admit when you’ve got things wrong."
