Steve-O has shocked fans by getting a pretty NSFW tattoo on his face, personally inked by Post Malone.

Tattoos can be a divisive subject, especially between different generations who have varying ideas of what classes as professional.

While most tattoos can be covered with clothes, getting some ink on your face can be particularly difficult to cover up.

Luckily for Jackass star Steve-O, he doesn't really care what others might say, so he's gone and inked his face anyway.

Let's just say, it's a bold choice...

Musician Post Malone inked the unconventional design above Steve-O's right eyebrow, allowing for some eyebrow-waggling antics with the new tattoo.

Steve-O revealed to PageSix that this tattoo was part of his plans to celebrate his 50th birthday on June 13, making it a memorable way to mark the milestone.

This isn't the first time Steve-O and Post Malone have shared a tattoo experience. In 2022, the duo got matching tattoos in Post Malone's home state of Utah.

So, what design did Steve-O choose to etch permanently onto his face?

A penis.

Steve-O shared with Page Six: “I’m getting my first face tattoo. Post Malone is going to tattoo a d**k on my forehead. That’s the plan. He asked, ‘Is it going to be a chode?’ And I don’t even know what a chode is!”

For those who are blissfully unaware, a chode is a penis that is wider than it is long.

In other Steve-O news, the star sold his Los Angeles home last week, just one month after listing it.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom midcentury home, boasting sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and proximity to the iconic Hollywood sign and Sunset Strip, received an offer within four days of being on the market, despite rising mortgage rates, listing agent Cesar Melendrez told TMZ.

Steve-O recently announced his departure from Hollywood to pursue a simpler lifestyle in Tennessee.

"I got this ranch in Tennessee, which I love so much. I just had to say Hollywood, it's been cool, but I'm out," he said in a YouTube video posted on May 2.

In a video tour on YouTube, Steve-O shared his plans to sell the LA property, highlighting its open floor plan, chef's kitchen, and living room.

He also showcased a game room repurposed as storage space, deer print wallpaper near the stairway, his bedroom with a massage chair, and a remodeled production room with unique decorations.

The tour concluded with a look at his small skate ramp, featured in multiple YouTube videos.

"It's just about unrecognizable... Everything's painted, they cleaned out my goat barn, the ramp's gone, and it will be listed within the next week," he said.

Despite feeling "bittersweet" about the move, Steve-O and his fiancée, Lux Wright, packed their belongings into moving trucks and departed California, taking their goats with them.
