Actor Tom Holland has taken to Instagram to share his tactics for overcoming a lack of eggs due to excessive panic buying across the UK.
The 23-year-old Spider-Man star filmed himself hanging out with his new pets named Predator, Ranger, and Chestnut.
Holland explained in the video that he decided to keep the fowls in his garden after being unable to find eggs in his local supermarket, saying, "With everything that's going on, the supermarkets are all empty. There are no eggs; we have no eggs.
Check out the video below:"So we thought to solve that problem, we would become the source of eggs. Now, we're the owner of chickens."
Holland also revealed over the weekend that he is unable to go to the shops to get groceries due to his self-isolation after falling ill. He assured fans, however, that he does not believe he has coronavirus but is trying to be as cautious as possible.
Holland said: "I'm feeling very ill today, but I don't think I have got the coronavirus, but I'm taking extra precautions. I'm self-isolating inside...
"This is the first day I've felt really ill. I felt fine yesterday and then this morning I woke up and I just was awful, coughing."
To the delight of his followers 34 million followers, the actor promised to be "more present" on the photo and video-sharing platform.
He said: "I'm going to try to be a little bit more present on my Instagram during this time because I have nothing else to do."
Holland was due to start filming on his new movie Uncharted this month per the Daily Mail, but, naturally, the project has been postponed while countries around the world try their best to slow the spread of COVID-19.
He is set to be joined by Antonio Banderas, Mark Wahlberg, Sophia Ali and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina actor Tati Gabrielle.
