Denise Austin has proved that she's just as fit as ever.

The now-65-year-old - who shot to fame for her iconic 90s workout videos - proudly walked the Sports Illustrated Swimwear runway earlier this year.

Dressed only in a tiny brown bikini, the fitness guru flaunted her toned body as she strutted down the runway. She was joined by her 20-year-old daughter Katie Austin.

In a clip of the moment, the mother-daughter duo can be seen holding hands, flexing their biceps, and hugging before they turn and make their way back up the runway.

Denise shared the video to her Instagram alongside a sweet caption in which she dubbed it a "ONCE IN A LIFETIME MOMENT!!"

She continued: "With my daughter @katieaustin walking in the @si_swimsuit runway show!! Me at 65 in a bikini… with my little girl!!!!!! Pure joy!!"

"Thank you Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and @mj_day for having me," the star added.

Unsurprisingly, it didn't take long for the gorgeous video to be flooded with messages and comments from fans calling Denise an "inspiration".

"So inspiring," one wrote, while another added: "Such a beautiful inspiration!!!"

"I met Denise in person about 20 years ago and have never forgotten what a gorgeous and inspiring person she is," commented a third.

In a recent interview with Newbeauty, the fitness star reflected on her status as a role model for women, saying she wants to "inspire women of all ages to keep going."

"It's worth it. Being this age is so fun," the star said, adding: "You get to do what you want to do and you feel good. And staying healthy with a good attitude is truly what kept me going all these years."

Denise went on to explain that she had always viewed fitness as a way to make people feel good.

"As far as the fitness lifestyle, I always knew I wanted to help people feel better about themselves," she said. "My fitness is kind of a platform to make women feel good about themselves. I feel like I can give some good energy to women to make them feel better about themselves because that’s really my mission in life."
