Elon Musk's father - 76-year-old Errol Musk - has claimed to have welcomed another baby with his stepdaughter.
The Tesla boss's father is already parent to one child with his 34-year-old stepdaughter Jana Bezuidenhout, who is 41 years his junior.
Now, the South African engineer has announced in an interview with The Sun that he and Bezuidenhout also had another a daughter together, three years ago.
"I haven't checked her DNA, but she looks just like my other daughters. She looks like Rose and Tosca mixed up," Musk told the outlet.
He went on to explain that the baby "wasn't planned," but that he suspects she was conceived after Bezuidenhout gave birth to their son Elliot 'Rushi' Musk in 2018. The pair have since split, though they remain on amicable terms.
"She looks exactly like Rushi and she behaves like him. So it's pretty obvious you know," he said when asked how he could be sure that he was the little girl's father.
Musk and Bezuidenhout first met over 30 years ago, when she was just a young child herself. The engineer married her mother Heidi, with whom he welcomed two daughters Alexandra and Asha.
At the time, he had already fathered SpaceX founder Elon as well as his brother and sister Kimbal and Tosca with his first wife Maye Musk.
He explained that his daughters Alexandra and Asha are still uneasy about his involvement with Bezuidenhout, saying: "They still feel a bit creepy about it, because she's their sister. Their half-sister."
Elon Musk was also reportedly not happy with the situation, with sources claiming that it caused a schism between him and his father.
While he and Bezuidenhout are no longer romantically involved, the South African engineer is showing no signs of slowing down. He claimed that several women are alleging to have given birth to his children, adding that for many of them this is "quite conceivable" because of his philandering behavior in the 80s.
As for whether he'd like to bring another child into the world, Musk said he couldn't "see any reason not to".
"The only thing we are on Earth for is to reproduce," he added.
