Putting Game of Thrones to the side for a moment, the most talked-about recent release in the entertainment world has been Avengers: Endgame. Now, if you haven't seen it yet, why the hell are you clicking on this article? Beware Marvel fans, you're about to enter spoiler city.

But then again, the movie has been out for over a week, so chances are that you've seen it already!

This is the behind-the-scenes clip Chris Pratt shared from the movie:

Now, as everyone who has seen the movie will attest, it gave us ALL the feelings. One poor woman even ended up hospitalized.

If you haven't seen it yet and have been stupid enough to read on until this point STOP NOW. Seriously.

One of the most emotional scenes in the film was Tony Stark's/Iron Man's funeral. But because you were likely in floods of tears, chances were that you didn't notice a very important callback in the form of the character below:

Ironman's funeral was aptly held near the cabin where he spent his final years, and this teenage boy could be seen at the back of the mourning crowd. He's not just some extra, either. He's Harley Keener from Iron Man 3.

In case your memory needs refreshing, Iron Man befriended Keener in Tennessee. The pair struck up a strong friendship, and Stark was heartbroken to leave him and his inventions behind because he's scared he'll end up like his dad - an alcoholic, but nonetheless brilliant inventor.

At this point in the Marvel story, Iron Man hadn't seen his father for six years - and the particularly observant among you may have already noted that it's been six years since the release of Iron Man 3 and Avengers: Endgame.

Now, because Keener turned up at the funeral and few things in cinema happen by accident, fans are convinced this was the producers' way of hinting that he's going to become the new Iron Man:

And if nothing else, it's a pretty heartbreaking nod to the past.

While the content of any future Avengers movies is currently a mystery: one thing's for sure, we're excited for the next chapter in the Marvel Universe - and potentially Harley Keener's future.
