The trailer for Disney's live-action Snow White has hit a really unfortunate milestone on YouTube.
Now, when it was first announced that Disney would be making a live-action remake of the iconic fairy tale Snow White, many were apprehensive about what the updated story was going to be like.
After all, the reactions to many of Disney's live-action remakes have been mixed, to say the least.
Rachel Zegler was cast as the lead, while other notable stars such as Gal Gadot, Andrew Burnap and Ansu Kabia have joined the team for the live-action.
Despite the star-studded lineup, it seems as though many Disney fans aren't happy with the remake, with many taking to YouTube under the latest teaser trailer to make their complaints known.

"This is actually hilarious. The first snow white saved Disney. The second ruined it," commented one user, while another added: "I've never seen a trailer scream "we've failed" so loudly. Trailers are supposed to create excitement and anticipation, yet we have whatever this rare 'gem' is."
A third also chimed in, stating: "I spent an hour reading the comment section and would never spend that much time watching the actual movie."
Yikes.

Sadly, the trailer has seemingly hit a new and rather unfortunate milestone receiving over 1 million dislikes since it was released three weeks ago.
Double yikes.
It comes just a year after a clip from 2022, featuring the 23-year-old lead speaking about the 1937 version of the movie went viral again on TikTok just a few months ago.
In the video - which was a snippet taken from Disney's D23 Expo in California - Zegler claimed the movie was "weird" and even went on to brand the prince a "stalker".
"The original cartoon came out in 1937, and very evidently so," she said at the time. "There's a big focus on her love story with a guy who literally stalks her. Weird! Weird! So we didn't do that this time."

She continued: "We have a different approach to what I'm sure a lot of people will assume is a love story just because we cast a guy in the movie. All of Andrew's [Burnap] scenes could get cut, who knows? It's Hollywood, baby!"
The actress also admitted that she was "scared" of the original movie.
"I think I watched it once and never picked it up again. I'm being so serious," she said in the interview alongside Gal Gadot, who played the Evil Queen. "I watched it once, and then I went on the ride in Disney World, which was called Snow White's Scary Adventures. Doesn't sound like something a little kid would like."
"I was terrified of it, never revisited Snow White again," she added.
In a follow-up interview with Variety, she clarified her stance, stating that rather than trying to overwrite the original, she was hoping to bring a more modern twist to it.
"I just mean that it's no longer 1937. She's not going to be saved by the prince and she's not going to be dreaming about true love," Zegler said.
"She's dreaming about becoming the leader she knows she can be and the leader that her late father told her that she could be if she was fearless, fair, brave, and true," she added.
Many fans seemed to hate this viewpoint and thought that it distracted from the original story, which was a tale about how love defeats evil.
"So they're taking the love out of a classic love story, gotcha," one user stated, while another added: "Sorry I'm not wasting a dime on this movie. The original 1937 classic is a masterpiece."
The live-action remake of Snow White is set to be released in March 2025.
