Keanu Reeves has made a rare comment about his relationship, referring to his girlfriend as "my honey" while giving a sweet insight into his private life.

Reeves, 58, is often credited as being one of Hollywood's nicest people as is often demonstrated in his charitable work and general interactions with fans.

One aspect of the John Wick actor's life that gained respect is his determination to keep his private affairs out of the limelight so as to protect the ones he loves.

Reeves went public with his 49-year-old girlfriend Alexandra Grant in 2019 after appearing together at a film gala where they held hands for photographers.

The pair keep their relationship under wraps, but in a recent interview with PEOPLE, Reeves shared a rare bit of personal information about his love life.

When asked about his last moment of bliss, the actor sweetly replied: "A couple of days ago with my honey. We were in bed. We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great. It was just really nice to be together."

During the interview, Reeves also opened up that the last time he danced was at a friend's wedding and that he responds to the "feeling" of whether he will be the first to hit the dancefloor or if he will need some persuading.

The actor also revealed that his favorite dreams are ones where he is flying and that he has been playing chess lately as he enjoys the competitive nature of the game.

When questioned about when he last watched a sunrise, he explained that it was in Kyoto, Japan as he was battling jet lag. When talking about the moment he described it as "cool" and said that he took a brief moment to be happy that he was in that moment.

Just last month Reeves showed everyone why he is still one of the nicest guys in showbiz as he unexpectedly stopped by a pub in England and took pictures with staff and guests inside.

It was the last thing that those at The Robin Hood pub in Tring expected, but Reeves was more than happy to meet the kitchen staff who were preparing his food and they described him as a "lovely man".

An excited Facebook post by the pub further detailed how much of a nice person the actor is.

"So today we had a surprise visitor for lunch… What a lovely man he was too. Laura asked if he would be ok with taking photos with the kitchen lads," the post read.

"He marched into the kitchen shook their hands and praised them for the food they had prepared. Suffice to say he made their days!!!"

Despite playing some fearsome, violent roles in his time, Reeves continues to display his truly wonderful character.
