Fans watching the season two finale of The Kardashians will have seen the adorable moment Khloé brought her baby son home to meet the rest of the Kardashian clan.
It has been a heartbreaking few episodes for the new mom, who found out in season one that her NBA player boyfriend Tristan Thompson had cheated on her for the third time, not long after their surrogate had successfully fallen pregnant with the couple's second child.
The pair - who already share four-year-old daughter True - had been rocked by two previous cheating scandals, including one while Khloé was pregnant with True and another involving her younger sister Kylie's ex-best friend Jordyn Woods.
Season two gave viewers a glimpse into the aftermath of Tristan's third round of cheating allegations - including the news that he is expecting a child with his alleged lover - with Khloé, 38, choosing to step back slightly from the limelight and begin to feel more self-conscious and nervous about attending public events.
In the season finale, however, Khloé's long-awaited bundle of joy finally made an appearance, with the now mom-of-two showing her latest addition to mom Kris Jenner, 67, and sisters Kim, 42, and Kourtney, 43.
"I just want to tell you that I'm just really proud of you. You're the best mom in the whole entire universe and I'm so proud of the way you've handled this whole thing with the baby," Kris tells her daughter during the episode, as the four sit around Khloé.
Kim then adds: "One thing we all know how to do, ladies, is be good moms."
Kourtney - who has been open about how she and her new husband Travis Barker have been trying desperately for a baby - then made an interesting comment while she snuggled her newest nephew, saying: "When they open their mouths and just the way they smell…" before adding: "I wish I could breastfeed you."
Her younger sister, Khloé then chimed in: "Oh my gosh, Kourt, let's calm down."
The humorous moment didn't go unnoticed by viewers, with one Twitter user writing: "Kourtney Kardashian holding her sisters newborn and saying 'i wish i could breastfeed you' is so relatable lol [sic]."
Although, another viewer shared what is perhaps a more relatable reaction:
Later on in her confessional during the episode, Khloé discusses the highs and lows she had experienced recently as a result of Tristan's paternity and cheating scandals.
"We have had a lot of high highs and definitely a lot of low lows. You can't write this s**t. I wish you could write this s**t so it wasn't our reality. But whenever you go down, you know you go back up, and that's the beauty of this family, we don't stay down for long," she said.
"Now I finally get to start the healing process. Now I get to start enjoying my life with two kids in it and figuring this out," she added.
The Good American founder has not revealed her son's name publicly yet - just like her younger sister Kylie Jenner is choosing to do - though she did say it begins with a T just like his older sister.

Not much has been heard from Khloé Kardashian since she gave birth to baby True back in April of this year and it's hardly surprising. Not only has Khloé just become a mother for the first time, but she's also been at the centre of a press storm regarding her relationship with NBA player Tristan Thompson.
Thompson, who has stayed quiet on social media despite being in the NBA finals, is alleged to have cheated on Khloé at various points during her pregnancy. Images of the Cleveland Cavaliers player with several women did the rounds days before Khloé gave birth to their baby daughter and since then, both he and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star have kept it pretty low-key on their social channels.

While Khloé popped up to savage a Twitter user who had commented on her relationship with Tristan, it's reported that she is spending the majority of her time focusing on her relationship with the NBA superstar.
"She has one foot out the door but is also holding on to the fact that her and Tristan can make it work," a source told E! News.
"She hasn't given up on him yet, but also hasn't really been focusing on their relationship. When they see each other, it is all about the baby and parenting together.
"Khloé has fallen in love with him all over again, watching him be a dad to True, but [she also] knows she needs to really take a step back and make the right decision."

While Khloe has been posting the occasional upload onto her Instagram, she has been a lot more quiet than usual. However, she appeared on her app to give her fans an update on how she and True are doing. After people had speculated that Khloe had been using formula to feed her daughter, Khloe informed us all that she's actually been breastfeeding alongside it.
"Because I don’t produce enough milk, I also have to give a bottle with every feeding," Khloé recently explained on her app;
"With the formula I use, I have to give True the bottle within 30 minutes of making it, so it’s amazing to have this machine make it for me. It’s super easy to use—and fast, so when I'm exhausted and can’t even keep my eyes open in the middle of the night, it’s a total lifesaver."
It's believed that Khloe will be returning home to LA soon, something which Kris Jenner affirmed the other day:
"We go back and forth, I FaceTime her every day. So that's a lot of fun. She'll be home soon."

Kris also revealed that Khloe has taken to her new role like a fish to water: "She's great. She's the best mom in the world."
"She had a lot of practice with the nieces and nephews," admitted a proud Jenner. "I think it's a dream come true for her."
Quite why anyone wants to know if Khloe is breastfeeding or using formula, I'm not too sure. However, it sounds likes she's being a good mother and that is all that matters.

While the Kardashian family are known for their assets and breaking the internet, in recent months they have turned their attention to something else entirely: procreation.
Kim Kardashian welcomed her third child, Chicago, via surrogate back in January, Kylie Jenner gave birth to her first child Stormi Webster a month later, and in April, Khloé Kardashian welcomed a baby girl in the midst of all the cheating allegations surrounding her beau and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.
While Khloé didn't hide the entirety of her pregnancy á la her sister Kylie, the reality television star did wait five months before sharing the news on Instagram. "My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby," Khloé captioned the post.

"I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient," she continued. "I still at times can't believe that our love created life! Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!! You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you've been to me during this time! Thank you for making me so happy my love!"
"Thank you to everyone for the love and positive vibes! I know we've been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us. Thank you all for understanding. I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it's the best bundle of feelings I've ever felt in my life."
Now, the 34-year-old has revealed why she held off announcing that she was expecting True.
On a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloé was filmed speaking about the right time to tell the world that she was pregnant. "I am really anxious to announce my pregnancy, but Kylie‘s three months ahead of me and I want to give her her own time to shine and let her do her thing," she said.
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BjQV3a4hyCe/?taken-by=khloekardashian]]
"But Kylie keeps going back and forth on whether she will announce. Waiting is so frustrating because my body is changing and people are super invasive and just not being respectful."
Eventually, Kim told Kylie that she was holding up Khloé's announcement, and Kylie responded by saying that she wasn't going to do a pregnancy reveal at all.
Kylie then called Khloé and told her, "I don’t think I’m ever going to announce that I'm pregnant. I just don’t want to be in the spotlight, I just want to be low-key."
"You should go ahead," Kylie told her sister. "You don’t have to wait for me, you should announce — it’s exciting for you too."
Now, that's what you call sisterhood.

Khloe Kardashian has been through a lot this year. She gave birth to her very first child in the middle of April, her sweet baby girl True, but it was at the same time that she learned her boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, had been cheating on her.
Reports came out in the same week that Khloe was due to give birth, and sure enough, she went into labour just days after footage emerged of the basketball player fooling around with other girls.
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BhWevfUhk0r/?taken-by=khloekardashian]]
It was heartbreaking for most of us to learn that Khloe presumably found out the same way everyone else did: via the tell-tale CCTV footage that was circulated by TMZ. But during the excitement of the week surrounding True's birth, Khloe chose not to speak about the infidelity rumours and focussed on making sure everything was fine for the baby.
Almost half a year on, she still hasn't said much about the incident. She's vaguely acknowledged that he cheated, but maintained that the two of them were sticking together for the benefit of the baby. Khloe's been responding to fans on Twitter saying they're trying to work it out, and was even spotted kissing Tristan on Snapchat a little while back.
And now finally - emphasis on the finally - we're going to get some more insight into how that fateful week transpired. In a new trailer that dropped for the second half of the latest Keeping Up With The Kardashians season, a few clips allude to the fact that much of it was caught on camera.
The whole sequence begins with Scott Disick telling Kendall Jenner: "nobody in this family can ever catch a break". This cuts to a dramatic clip of Kim Kardashian on the phone, looking stressed as she says: "They have another video of him." This, I guess, is in reference to the CCTV footage that was obtained by the Daily Mail and TMZ.
Kim, who was very vocal about her distaste for Tristan after the videos of him kissing other girls came out, can be seen fuming in the clips talking about ~someone~ saying: "Unfollowed, I hate him, sorry not sorry." She unfollowed Tristan on Instagram after appearing on Ellen and calling his behaviour "f**ked up".

The shots of Khloe include a picture of her looking exhausted, lying down with a sombre expression. Another clip includes a voiceover from Khloe while she gets a sonogram, who ominously says "The things I can control, I have to be able to control them."
And Kris reacts like any mother would, saying: "These guys are always going for sloppy seconds," potentially in reference to the accusations that Scott cheated on Kourtney Kardashian at one point in time.
The trailer also includes scenes of Khloe going into labour, her sisters being told the news for the first time, and the actual birth. It's really all quite dramatic, and worth a watch for yourself:

I guess it's a bit problematic that this kind of personal drama was being recorded the whole time, but hey, that's what the family signed up for with their show.
Who else is eager to see exactly how the drama unfolded?

Becoming a mom for the first time is never anything close to easy, but for Khloé Kardashian, it's been especially hard. Bringing baby True into the world the shadow of intense public scrutiny, the 33-year-old has also had to deal with issues of infidelity from baby daddy Tristan Thompson, and people have been quick to criticise her at every opportunity, telling Khloé her post-pregnancy diet's no good, or simply that her adorable baby is "not cute at all".
It's been a weird time for her, but in the wake of her latest revelation, you'd hope the online vitriol tones down, if only a little. While this latest news wasn't available on TMZ or on her app, by trawling the archives of Twitter, you can discover that Khloé Kardashian has given up on breastfeeding after just three months.
A cursory glance at Khloé K's tweets will reveal that she's been talking to other mothers on the social networking site, trying to make sense of it all, lamenting all the different ways she tried to nurse baby True, eventually making the heartbreaking decision to wean her off.
[[twitterwidget||https://twitter.com/khloekardashian/status/1015449191919710209]]
"I tried every trick in the book- water, special cookies, power pumping, massages etc. I tried so very hard to continue," Khloé added in a later tweet, and even revealed she'd gone as far as having a lactation specialist on hand, so desperate was she to continue breastfeeding.
What happened next was a welcome break from the constant hate that seems to follow the Kardashians around, like a paparazzo who's really late on the rent. Finding solidarity with her fellow moms, Khloé K opened up about her struggles with breastfeeding, and listened to other mothers in similar situations, offering her support to them as well.

While I've never had a baby myself, the struggle of knowing that your baby is hungry and that you can't quite produce enough milk for them must be both a mentally and physically taxing affair, and while it was clearly not an easy decision, you have to commend Khloé for not only making the difficult choice, but also to talk about her struggles openly on Twitter.
"Oh my gosh I was the same!!" she replied to a fan who was talking through her own troubles and stresses. "I fought and fought to try and continue but then when I actually stopped, I didn't realize what a relief it was for me to not stress and worry anymore. Any sec I had of downtime I was stressing to produce more for the next feeding."
Although as a new mom Khloé K might be loathe to stop breastfeeding, it might inadvertently help her out as she returns to work; earlier that day, Khloé K revealed that her maternity leave was over, and that she was "anxious" to get back to work, although baby True gave her new "motivation".
I think it just goes to show: motherhood is hard for anybody, even if you're a Kardashian. She might have all the social media fame in the world, but at the end of the day, she's still a human being, working hard to raise a child in this sometimes difficult world. Let's all cut her some slack once in a while.
