Madonna has called out Andy Cohen during a segment at one of her latest shows.

Now, if there's one person I wouldn't want to anger, it would be the Queen of Pop because she's not afraid to make you cry even in front of a massive crowd.

Madonna's latest victim is none other than notorious talk show host Andy Cohen, who found himself on the receiving end of one of the 65-year-old's stern warnings... albeit, jokingly.

Speaking at the Barclays Center in New York City during her Celebration Tour on Saturday, she called Cohen out in front of thousands of her fans.

"How f****** lucky am I?" Madonna asked the audience before directing the call-and-response right at Cohen, who was watching her in the front row near the stage.

"How f****** lucky am I, Andy?" she asked playfully.

She then bluntly told the star: "If you say one more bad thing about me on your show, I’m gonna... oh, you’re gonna be in so much trouble, you little troublemaking queen."

The camera then panned to the 55-year-old who was seemingly taking the public call-out well, laughing and shaking his head while mouthing "no" to Madonna who stood towering above him.

After the show, he also took to Instagram to double down on his love for the 'Like A Virgin' singer, while urging fans to go and see her on tour.

"I’m a lifelong Madonna fan, so it’s a thrill and an honor to be called a 'troublemaking queen' by the Queen of Troublemaking," Cohen wrote in the caption alongside the iconic moment. "I BOW!"

"Also – go see the new tour. It blew me away! What a great night. Can’t wait to go back. #TroublemakingQueen," he added.

Hundreds of fans also took to the comments to congratulate the talk show host on being "roasted" by such an icon.

"You know you’ve made it when you get roasted by Madonna," one user wrote. "Dreams do come true."

"Imagine being called out by Madonna but for all the right reasons!!! I’d be like omg she knew my name!!!! I’d be copyrighting TROUBLEMAKING QUEEN," another added.

A third also chimed in saying: "That was so iconic !! Playfully being roasted by Madonna mid-show!!! I died!"

Others also stated that attended the show and vouched for how gracious Cohen was in person.

"I was sitting right behind you and not only were you so nice and gracious saying hello to everyone, your joy at being at this show was clear from the minute she walked on stage! You knew every word to every song and danced all night!!" this user wrote in the comments.

The news comes weeks after Madonna kicked off her Celebration tour in October just a few months after a major health scare that left her fighting for her life.

As per the Guardian, the veteran entertainer spent some time in intensive care due to a bacterial infection which she spoke about at a show in Antwerp, Belgium.

Referring to it as a "f****** miracle," she told the audience in attendance: "Less than four months ago, I was in a hospital and I was unconscious, and people were thinking, predicting that I might not make it.

"I must tell you, I don’t feel really well right now, but I can’t complain 'cause I’m alive," she continued before crediting her children and fans for their love and support.

"I really appreciate it," she added.
