Martha Stewart has been praised for opening up about the way she keeps herself comfortable - and let's just say a lot of other people can totally relate to it.
At 82, Martha Stewart is living her best life, showing us all that age truly is nothing but a number.
The star has been getting candid about what keeps her feeling so young, despite almost gracing this planet for an entire century.
From shifting her entire mindset about the concept of aging to working alongside professionals to understand her skin better, the business mogul has worked hard to remain so youthful.
Speaking previously to PEOPLE Magazine after her appearing as a cover star for Sports Illustrated, Stewart said that she doubled up her usual skincare and wellness routines to ensure she was feeling her best in front of the camera.
"I did Pilates three, maybe four times a week and did not have a drink — no alcohol whatsoever for two months," she shared, adding that she continued getting regular facials and was very careful about what she put in and on her body.
"I also got a spray tan a couple days before the shoot, which isn't something I usually do," Stewart revealed. "It's nice when you're down in that azure water. I got a light tan, and it was very pretty, very natural. I'm very pleased with the pictures, I really am."
Despite working hard to look the way she did, some people accused her of going under the knife - a rumor that she denies wholeheartedly.
"It's not true. I've had absolutely no plastic surgery whatsoever," she told Variety. "I have very healthy, good hair. I drink green juice every day. I take my vitamins. I eat very healthfully. I have very good skin doctors. I'm very careful in the sun. I wear hats and I wear sunblock every single day.
"I had my regular facials but maybe more frequently and I also got a spray tan. And I'm not a hairy person, but I got a complete body wax," she added.
In a more recent interview on her eponymous podcast with her cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Dan Belkin, she also explained that she focuses on maintaining her appearance by utilizing "minimally invasive things" such as "biostimulatory fillers" and skin tightening laser procedures after Botox did "not [go] well."
"I don't think a lot about age, but I don’t want to look my age," Stewart stated before adding: "I have a nice neck for my age. And a nice jawline. My jaw looks good."
She then went on to commend her doctor for her "artistry."
"If you can’t look at me and see that one little thing is more crooked on one side than the other side, then I don’t wanna work with you," Stewart said. "I have a very strict artistic eye. I can see defects and I want my doctor to see the defects."
While looking youthful might be important to the star, she emphasized how feeling youthful is more important, and for Stewart this means swapping her underwear for a swimsuit - just in case she feels like going for a dip at any point.
Speaking to Page Six in a new interview, the lifestyle guru opened up about the unique choice.
"I like bathing suits. I like wearing bathing suits under my clothes just in case I want to go swimming," she told the outlet at the Old Bags Luncheon in Palm Beach, Florida.
"Bathing suits are my underwear," she continued. "I don’t wear any of that structured stuff. No tight lace, no SKIMS for Martha. But I love SKIMS - I think they serve a very good purpose! But I don’t wear those. I only wear Aerie bathing suits under my clothes."
After the confession, fans couldn't help but commend Stewart for always being so open with them.
"Go girl you're awesome!!" wrote one user while another added: "I freaking love this for her."
"Whatever works, Martha!" a third stated.
Others also agreed that it was the best way to go.
"Summertime I wear swimsuits as well. It’s simply more comfortable when you sweat," this user admitted.
And this person agreed writing: "Bathing suits often give more compression and support. I do the same often."
Would you do this?
