Martha Stewart has revealed her secrets to looking youthful at the age of 82 after admitting that she doesn't actually want to look her age.

On Thursday, the 82-year-old sat down with her cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Dan Belkin on an episode of her eponymous podcast in order to prove that she's never been under the knife, despite accusations being hurled at the star.

"When I see your Instagram, one of the trolls that you get is, 'Tell us who your plastic surgeon is,'" Belkin said. "And I end up telling a lot of people, there wasn’t a plastic surgeon. It’s just minimally invasive things for a long time in a really thoughtful, excellent way."

Belkin then went on to outline some of the procedures Stewart had tried in the past and what she does now to keep her youthful appearance going.

The dermatologist explained that Stewart "tried Botox" on her upper face, but that "has not gone well." Instead, she found more success with neurotoxins, which help to relax facial muscles and smoothen out wrinkles which give older faces more of a softer appearance.

Not only that, but she also underwent multiple skin tightening and laser procedures, as well as something called "biostimulatory fillers" in order to stimulate more collagen in the skin - and as we all know an abundance of collagen is the foundation for having soft and supple skin.

"We’ve done a little ultrasound tightening I think, a long time ago. We did a little softwave, which is an ultrasound-based tightening device," Belkin explained.

"I don't think a lot about age, but I don’t want to look my age," Stewart said before adding: "I have a nice neck for my age. And a nice jawline. My jaw looks good."

She then went on to commend her doctor for her "artistry."

"If you can’t look at me and see that one little thing is more crooked on one side than the other side, then I don’t wanna work with you," Stewart said. "I have a very strict artistic eye. I can see defects and I want my doctor to see the defects."

This is not the first time the celebrity chef has been forced to deny allegations of cosmetic surgery.

Back in 2022, after appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated wearing an iconic, white, one-piece swimsuit with a vibrant orange shawl draping over her shoulders, trolls took to the comment section on Instagram to slam the star for not being honest about the work she's had done.

However, in an interview with Variety, Stewart shot down the crisitism.

"It's not true. I've had absolutely no plastic surgery whatsoever," she told the outlet. "I have very healthy, good hair. I drink green juice every day. I take my vitamins. I eat very healthfully. I have very good skin doctors. I'm very careful in the sun. I wear hats and I wear sunblock every single day."

"I had my regular facials but maybe more frequently and I also got a spray tan. And I'm not a hairy person, but I got a complete body wax," she added.

The business mogul also emphsized that age should not determine people's worth.

"Age is not the determining factor in terms of friendship or in terms of success, but what people do, how people think, how people act, that’s what’s important and not your age," she said in her SI cover story.
