Megan Fox's fans have come out in their numbers to defend the star from trolls after she recently debuted a wild new look.

Over the years we've seen the star experiment with her look, but ever since she started dating Machine Gun Kelly back in 2021, she's really been shocking fans with a mixture of edgy and alternative looks.

But her most recent one might be her most daring yet and fans seem to be having a mixed reaction about it.

While attending the Grammys viewing party earlier this week, the 37-year-old Transformers actress showed off bold, baby pink locks with dark roots. She paired the look with a netted, sequined mini dress, showing off her incredible physique.

She kept her makeup in line with the overall fit too, opting for bold brows and eyes with a glossy rose lip.

After appearing at the party, Fox took to Instagram to post some sultry shots of the look for her 21.6 million followers to see. She even debuted an amazing new sleeve tattoo - though there has been no confirmation whether this is a permanent or temporary addition to her body.

Fans were divided.

"Don’t get me wrong these pictures are stunning. However that’s not Megan Fox anymore. It doesn’t look anything like her," wrote one user while another added: "This is so MGK coded, the new sleeve, the pink hair, the diamond chainmail, the lip jewelry..."

"Hope the sleeve is fake ..she'll start looking like mgk pretty soon," a third wrote.

Others also stated that her identity changes every time she has a new boyfriend, with this user writing: "It seems like she doesn’t know who she is... every new bf = new identity."

However, Fox's fans gathered around to defend her from the trolls.

"Why is everyone saying that’s not Megan Fox anymore? It literally is. You’ve never revamped your look? Are you all okay? Meg you’re gorgeous," wrote this user.

"Part off the fun of being a woman is embracing femininity and switching up our look. She’s stunning," added another.

And this user also jumped in with a lengthy response slamming the haters.

"This LOOK IS INCREDIBLE!!" they started before adding: "...But The comment section is not it. Ppl saying 'I hope the sleeve is fake', 'she not sexy anymore' is so dumb ! U guys all want ur image of Megan from Jennifer’s body and transformers... but that was so many years ago .. ppl f****** evolve and grow and keep trying different things with their looks and have a life and get married .. they are their own person and if u guys were true fans you would support her no matter what .. not trashing her post which looks very beautiful."

It comes after the star showed off an amazing cherry red bob just a few months ago while promoting her book, 'Pretty Boys are Poisonous.'

The book, which is a collection of poems that showcase the star's "wicked humor", details dark and heartbreaking moments throughout her life that have come to define who she is today. From past lovers to a glimpse into her mindset, Fox left no stone unturned.

In an interview on The Drew Barrymore Show, Fox revealed that she used to fall in love with her co-stars while on film sets.

"When I was young, I was really rebellious and wild and was always running away to fall in love with a new love, every costar," she told Barrymore, adding that at the time, she was very much a "free spirit."

"I was addicted to falling in love, and I think I probably hurt a lot of people in that process too, because a lot of people have been in love with me and I did not respect or honor that," she added.

Fox also credited her children who helped shift her mindset on the idea of love.

"When I had kids, something happened in me," she recalled "... I think it’s a major part of my soul’s journey in this lifetime to not repeat my parents’ pattern with my kids, and I was always very aware of that, so this selfless person was born when I birthed my first child."

Pretty Boys are Poisonous is available to purchase from all major book retailers.
