Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee says he'll leave the US if Trump wins election
Tommy Lee, the drummer of the metal band Mötley Crüe, claims he will leave the United States if Trump wins the presidential election.
The musician, who has long been a vocal critic of the incumbent president, stated that he would be willing to flee the country and live overseas if the Republican leader beat Joe Biden in the 2020 elections, and secured himself a second term.

In an interview with The Big Issue, Lee stated: "Dude, I swear to god if that happens then I’m coming over to visit the UK.
"I’m out of here. I’ll go back to my motherland, go back to Greece, and get a house on one of the islands."
Lee, 58, continued:
"The thing that stings the most is that I feel like we’re embarrassing.
"I feel like people in Europe and the rest of the world look at America and think: 'What the f*** are you guys doing over there? Stop voting for celebrities and get someone real to run the country.'"

Lee hasn't minced his words when it comes to the subject of Trump in the past either.
When he learned that the president and First Lady Melania Trump had tested positive for COVID-19, the rock legend tweeted: "Can you say 'Karma Gods have spoken?'"

Lee's statement comes just after fellow rock legend Bruce Springsteen also claimed that he would leave the US and move to Australia if Trump is re-elected to the office this year.
According to an article in The Daily Mail, the 71-year-old 'Born to Run' rocker was speaking to a group of Australian reporters. When asked what he thought of Australia in general, Springsteen replied in glowing terms, stating:
"I love Australia. Every time, we have nothing but good times down there. It’s always a treat to come. Love the people, love the geography. Great place for motorcycle trips, it’s close to our hearts."

Springsteen added: "If Trump is re-elected - which he will not be, I’m predicting right now he’s gonna lose - if by some happenstance he should be, I’ll see you on the next plane."
