Pete Davidson has been captured angrily pushing an overexcited fan who put his arm around him.
On Sunday (April 23), the 29-year-old comedian was in attendance at Madison Square Garden to watch the New York Knicks basketball game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
After the Knicks took a 3-1 series lead over the Cavaliers by winning 102-93, the former Saturday Night Live host stayed a while and took photos with fans.
However, one fan got a little too close for comfort and crept up behind Davidson while he was interacting with other people and then hovered around him.
Watch the moment below:In the video, the man in pink can be seen putting his arm around the actor in an attempt to hug him. But Davidson immediately scolded the man and shoved him away. He then continued taking pictures with other people.
Upon seeing the footage on Twitter, several users have shared their opinion on the Set It Up actor's actions, with many defending his actions.
One user wrote: "Being touched without permission warrants it."
Another commented: "Clearly said something in his ear he didn't like too. Good for Pete."
A third person said: "Don't blame him at all, dude was invading his personal space."
This comes after the internet's favorite rebound revealed that he hated the jokes people made about his dating life, stating that it made him feel like a "loser".
If you haven't been living under a rock then you know Davidson has a pretty remarkable line of exes that includes '7 Rings' singer Ariana Grande and Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor. But his most famous romance was with business mogul Kim Kardashian.
The unique crossover relationship was short-lived as the pair called it quits just nine months after initially being spotted together in October 2021.
Afterwards, the actor moved on with model and podcast host, Emily Ratajkowski. However, the flame only burned for a few months before the pair parted ways just before the new year.
Since then, Davidson has seemingly enjoyed a romance with Bodies Bodies Bodies costar Chase Sui Wonders as it has been reported that the couple is out and about together.

However, it seems as though the attention on his love life has taken a toll on The King of Staten Island actor. He shared in a new interview with Jon Bernthal for his Real Ones podcast, that he felt like a "loser" because of how gripped people were about his dating history.
"I'm in my twenties and I've dated people. And for some reason, that's very crazy and interesting to people," he told The Walking Dead star as per People. "I don't think it's interesting."
"I've been in show business for, like, half my life almost - for 14 or 15 years and on a national TV show. In 12 years I've dated 10 people. I don't think that's that crazy, but to some people, that's very interesting. That became all anyone would talk about," he went on.
The Big Time Adolescence star said he understands "the late-night jokes" but added that sometimes it all became a little too much, explaining: "When your own show [makes fun of you] I'd be sitting in the back watching the cold open and - the cold open [is] topical, political humor, whatever's in the culture."
"And then, making fun of you. Then you've gotta walk out and do a sketch next and hit your mark and the show just made fun of you. So, why are they gonna laugh at you? Like, they just dogged you in front of everyone... And you're like, 'I'm a f****** loser, man,'" he added.
