Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' blended family has just gotten a new addition after Rumer Willis welcomed her first child.

On Tuesday (April 25), the former couple's daughter took to her social media to announce the arrival of her new bundle of joy, Louetta Isley Thomas Willis.

The 34-year-old actress and boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas revealed that their baby girl was born through homebirth on April 18. The pair shared an adorable photo of the newborn napping peacefully on a crocheted blanket.

In the caption, the couple wrote: "Louetta Isley Thomas Willis. You are pure magic. Born at home on Tuesday, April 18th. You are more than we ever dreamed of."

The House Bunny actress' followers, including some famous faces, flooded the comments section with congratulations for the family.

Lizzie McGuire star Hilary Duff wrote: "Yes mama …. Magical!" while Daisy Jones and the Six actress Riley Keough shared three heart-eyed emojis.

The new mom told her Instagram followers about her pregnancy last December by sharing a series of black and white photos of Derek embracing her bump.

Louetta marks the first grandchild for the 68-year-old actor and the 60-year-old actress, who have remained close following their divorce in 2000.

As well as Rumer, the pair share daughters Tallulah, 29, and Scout, 31, while the Sixth Sense icon is the father to Evelyn, eight, and Mabel, 11, with his 44-year-old wife.

The blended family has faced some challenging times, after Willis was diagnosed with aphasia last year, and had to take time out of Hollywood to work on his recovery.

In February, they shared a joint statement explaining that his health issues had worsened, and he had been living with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).

"Our family wanted to start by expressing our deepest gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love, support, and wonderful stories we have all received since sharing Bruce’s original diagnosis," they penned at the time.

"In the spirit of that, we wanted to give you an update about our beloved husband, father, and friend since we now have a deeper understanding of what he is experiencing," the family continued.

"Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD)."

"Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis," they added.
