The WWE is often described as 'The Land of the Giants', and thanks to Superstars like Andre the Giant, Kane, and The Undertaker, it's easy to see why. WWE has always known how to showcase its biggest athletes, making them look even more superhuman than they already are - and this has never been truer than the career of Paul White, AKA The Big Show.

Standing at 7ft 2" tall, Big Show was a ready-made pro-wrestler, and made his television debut in 1995 for WCW, winning their world championship in his first match. In 1999, he signed with WWE, where he has remained throughout the last 20 years. Big Show is a seven-time world champion in pro-wrestling, and is generally considered to be one of the best "big men" to ever step foot in the ring.

But one thing has always fluctuated throughout Show's career, and that is his weight. Long-time fans of WWE will have noticed Big Show being billed as weighing anywhere between 383 lbs (as he is currently listed on WWE.com) to a whopping 500 lbs.

However, a new documentary special titled 'Rebuilding Big Show' made exclusively for the WWE Network, Big Show has revealed how a conversation with top WWE star John Cena has seen him get in the best shape of his life at the age of 47.

In the documentary, Show says:

"John and I were joking back and forth, and we were talking about something, and I was making a joke about, ‘Oh yeah, I’m going to go out and get me some abs, and be a bodybuilder.'

"I said, ‘Who would want to see a giant with abs?’ John just looked at me deadpan and goes, ‘Yeah. A giant with abs —who would want to see that?’ And he walked off."

Needless to say, Cena's comments spurred Big Show on:

However, Big Show revealed how Cena's word's "lit a fire under [his] big fat ass":

"This is coming from a guy who I have the utmost respect for; for his work ethic, his commitment to our industry, his commitment to setting the bar, as far as he’s on time, everything’s 100%, the way he works his body, the way he takes care of himself, the way he lives by example and the way he gives back… So, this is someone that I respect, and the way John hit me with that comment, for once in forty-something years, lit a fire under my big fat ass, a huge fire, and I went and found Dodd Romero."

Dodd Romero is a worldrenowned celebrity fitness trainer who has worked with the likes of Denzel Washington, Alex Rodriguez, and Jennifer Lopez.

And by the looks of Big Show's recent Instagram shots, Romero has worked wonders, as Show is now a giant with abs!
