Taylor Swift was met with boos as she made her way to boyfriend Travis Kelce's game against the Buffalo Bills.

On Sunday (January 21), the 34-year-old 'Karma' songstress arrived at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo for the Kansas City Chiefs' divisional round playoff match against the Bills.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Swift was spotted rocking her signature red lip and a red beanie amid the cold weather, but instead of cheers, the singer was greeted by disgruntled football fans.

Despite the icy welcome, she appeared to be in great spirits as she walked in with model Cara Delevingne and Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

The boos were not only heard outside the stadium as football fans across the country showed their disdain when the NFL panned to the Grammy-winning star.

One person revealed that they were at the Nashville Bills-Backers-Bar for this game, and said: "The vitriolic shower of boos when Taylor Swift was shown on the screen for the first time… truly filled my heart."

Another chimed in: "The whole bar boo’d once they showed Taylor Swift lmaooo," while a third shared: "This game might be the only time a bar in Hell’s Kitchen has had everyone boo at taylor swift."

Nevertheless, the match proved to be a memorable one for the Kansas City tight-end, as he and quarterback Patrick Mahomes now have the most post-season touchdowns by a pair in NFL history.

Kelce caught two touchdown passes from the 28-year-old, bringing their total of career playoff touchdowns together to 16, surpassing New England Patriots duo Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski's tally of 15.

To celebrate the achievement, the athlete formed a heart with his hands toward his popstar beau, who was in the VIP box with his brother Jason Kelce and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce.

This heartwarming gesture left many Swifties gushing as one penned: "The FEARLESS HEART and a kiss for Taylor I am actually a pool of tears. I love them together so much," while another added: "Travis Kelce giving Taylor Swift the fearless hand heart to celebrate his touchdown is the best thing that’s happened to society in years."

While the 'Love Story' songstress didn't invent the sign, she is known for making the loving symbol during her performances, especially during her Fearless (2009) era.

"The heart-hand symbol means something between 'I love you' and 'thank you,'" Swift told The New York Times back in 2011. "It’s just a sweet, simple message that you can deliver without saying a word."

"At the end of my sophomore year, I left school and went out on a radio tour to play free show after free show. I was an unknown act playing shows night after night, and I was constantly trying out all kinds of different moves to try and get a response from the audience," she added.

After winning the game 27-24, the Chiefs have advanced to the AFC Championship and will play the Baltimore Ravens next.
