Travis Kelce has celebrated a Kansas City Chiefs touchdown with Taylor Swift’s iconic heart gesture.

On Sunday (January 21), The Kansas City Chiefs triumphed against the Buffalo Bills in New York at Highmark Stadium, meaning the team has now advanced to the AFC Championship and will play the Baltimore Ravens next.

The match made the 34-year-old tight-end and quarterback Patrick Mahomes a record-breaking duo as they now have the most post-season touchdowns by a pair in NFL history.

Kelce caught two touchdown passes from the 28-year-old, bringing their total of career playoff touchdowns together to 16, surpassing New England Patriots duo Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski's tally of 15.

After Kelce ran a pass into the end zone during the second quarter, he formed a heart with his hands toward his popstar beau Taylor Swift, 34, and his family inside the VIP box.

As the athlete is known to do his signature point-and-arrow move, this heartwarming gesture left many Swifties gushing as they took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their reactions.

The 'Love Story' songstress is known for making the loving symbol during her performances, especially during her Fearless (2009) era.

"The heart-hand symbol means something between 'I love you' and 'thank you,'" Swift told The New York Times back in 2011. "It’s just a sweet, simple message that you can deliver without saying a word.

"At the end of my sophomore year, I left school and went out on a radio tour to play free show after free show. I was an unknown act playing shows night after night, and I was constantly trying out all kinds of different moves to try and get a response from the audience," she added.

The 'Knew You Were Trouble' artist has been a regular attendee at Kansas City Chiefs games since first appearing on September 24 at Arrowhead Stadium to support her boyfriend alongside his mom Donna Kelce.

The couple met after the footballer revealed that he missed the opportunity to give the musician a friendship bracelet when the Eras Tour stopped at Arrowhead Stadium in July 2023.

"Well, I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings," Kelce said on the New Heights podcast. "So I was a little butthurt, I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her."

Swift addressed their relationship during her TIME Person of the Year interview last month, sharing: "This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell," adding that they "started hanging out right after that".

"We actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for because we got to get to know each other," she said. "By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game. We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date."
