Vera Wang regularly stuns her followers with her ageless looks and the designer has revealed the secret to maintaining her youthfulness - and it's nothing anyone would have expected.
You might imagine the 74-year-old fashion icon would say that she eats super clean, avoids alcohol, and devotes hours to the gym to maintain her toned physique and ageless complexion.
However, you'll be pleased to know it is actually none of that.
The designer revealed that she has a daily McDonald's, enjoys cream-filled donuts, and washes it down with vodka cocktails instead.
Speaking to Page Six at the DKMS Gala in New York on Thursday, Vera admitted: "I do eat McDonald's, absolutely, I order it every day, like two weeks on it, and then I’ll change."
She added that she also loves to get a Dunkin' Donut, revealing: "I like the cream-filled, sugar-coated donut. It’s like a jelly donut, but it’s cream inside, vanilla cream. I like the pink with sprinkles, too."
It's not all good eating though, as she also revealed that her strong work ethic also helps to keep her young in body and mind, explaining: "Basically, I've worked my whole life, so it's really been about work.
"I think work keeps you young and stimulated. I work very long hours, I’ve raised two daughters. I think keeping busy is the best antidote [for] good health."
She had previously espoused the benefits of working over retiring, telling Elle that her company, which she started at the age of 40, keeps her young in "mind, body, and soul."
Vera said at the time: "Work was my lifeline that kept me feeling relevant and challenged me over the years.
"I think the mind is more powerful than one could ever understand. The challenges that work and life present us is what keeps us going."
It's not all work and no play as Vera previously revealed to People that she loves a sip of vodka at the end of the day, explaining: "One of the things I am known to like to do is have a vodka cocktail. There's no question about that, I do. I have a vodka at some point after five or six o'clock, towards seven."
Other things she thinks are super important to looking this good into your 70s and beyond are staying out of the sun - a known factor for premature aging - as well as getting nine hours of sleep per night and being well rested.
She also added that while the world is obsessed with her looks, she isn't too "preoccupied" by them herself, but admitted she is "frightened" about the other aspects of getting older.
"I think what happens sometimes as you age... I'm more frightened about physical disabilities... not all this," she told the Daily Mail.
"I'm not totally preoccupied with how I look. I love my work, and I'm very passionate about my work, my friends, my daughters... I mean, I have a very full life."
Sounds like she's got it sussed!
