Will Smith has proved once again that there isn't anything he can't do - including a spot-on Arnold Schwarzenegger impression.

The actor appeared on British talk show The Graham Norton Show when he recalled a piece of advice the veteran movie star once gave him.

Smith met Schwarzenegger during his Fresh Prince of Bel-Air days at a Planet Hollywood opening in Australia. The young actor spotted Schwarzenegger standing alongside Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone - a trio he called 'the magi' - and couldn't help himself from going up and saying hi.

After he'd introduced himself to the three movie stars, Smith told them: "I want to be the biggest movie star in the world and I know if anybody can tell me how to do it, you guys can."

He recalled how they looked at each other and communicated in their "secret movie star language" that Terminator leading man Schwarzenegger would be the one to answer.

In a pitch-perfect impression of the actor's harsh accent, Smith then recounted the advice that he gave him all those years ago: "'If you're going to be a movie star, your movies can't only be successful in America. You've got to go to every country in the world, you have to think of yourself as a politician running for the job of the biggest movie star in the world.'"

Smith went on to become arguably the biggest movie star in the world, while Schwarzenegger - ironically - went on to become a politician, serving as Governor of California. As for Smith's impersonation of the former bodybuilder - the internet can't get enough of it.

"It's Arnold possessing Will and speaking through him!" commented one user on YouTube.

"That is one of the best impressions of Arnie I've ever heard," wrote another.

"He can prank call anyone with that voice," added a third.

Elsewhere on the show, Smith promoted his self-titled autobiography and his new movie, King Richard, in which he plays Venus and Serena Williams' father. The film is currently playing in theatres and is available to stream on HBO Max.
