A baby expert has provided parents with a helpful hack to relieve constipation in infants by activating their "poop buttons".

Elina Furman, an infant massage instructor, took to TikTok to share her technique with her 257.8K followers.

The mom captioned the video: "This works. Babies, kids, and adults! #babymassage #babypoop #reflexology."

Check out the simple constipation-relieving technique below:

Furman, who is the CEO of Kahlmi, claims that "baby feet correspond to organs" through reflexology, and that there are certain pressure points in their feet that can be activated in order to relieve them of their painful constipation.

Using a doll for demonstrating purposes in the clip, Furman tells her followers: "First with reflexology just rub across the small intestine and the large intestine, then make small circles in the middle of the foot."

According to the TikToker, the rubbing motion "energizes" the small and large intestines. Furman advises parents to rub in a circular motion around the solar plexus in the middle of the child's foot.

A number of the baby guru's followers have since gone on to praise her for sharing the handy tip.

One mom shared: "I did this to my little one because he had been constipated for the past 3 days and it legit worked!!! Thank you."

Another wrote: "This is an update! I tried everything for my son's constipation & nothing would help! We would both cry. This helped him!!!"
