The "Black Alien" has shown off his girlfriend after carving out the skin in his head to spell his nickname.

As previously reported, Anthony Loffredo, a 32-year-old from France, has completely transformed his body since the age of 27 by undergoing many modifications such as removing his fingers, upper lip, and part of his nose as well as tattooing his eyeballs.

The plastic surgery fanatic is also heavily tattooed, has reptilian-style implants all over his head and arms, and has a split tongue to replicate a snake-like figure.

Two years ago, Loffredo shared a now-deleted video on Instagram of his nickname "Alien" being carved on the side of his head. At the time, he suggested in the clip, where his black-tattooed skin has been sliced out, that he's not even halfway to reaching his target in the caption, writing: "Black alien project evolution 45%."

Check out Loffredo's latest post below:

As Loffredo uses the social media platform to share updates of his shocking lifestyle, he introduced a woman named Melina, presumably his new girlfriend, to his 1.4 million followers. He wrote "Jungle party," in the caption and tagged her in the post.

One snap shows the Black Alien standing behind his tattooed partner who is donning a green bikini, another reveals her standing next to his heavily modified body, and the third shows them looking loved up as she kisses her boyfriend on the cheek.

The post garnered over 97K likes and was flooded with reactions from many followers. One person wrote: "Enjoy love and be very happy," while another praised: "What a beautiful couple."

A third complimented: "What a cool couple," and a third added: "If they make me a nice couple, I hope the envious stop bothering them, peace and love."

In a recent post shared on the social media platform, Loffredo revealed that he is putting an end to his Black alien project evolution even though he is only 65 % done.

"This project to which I gave everything, love, passion, determination, strength, has lost its meaning over the years," he wrote in the caption. "I did not expect it to have so much impact on the world, to be known I did not know how to manage it and my project has lost its meaning."

He shared two pictures, and explained: "6 months separate these two photos on the left a child clearly lost, one thing is for sure I no longer want to touch my body or take anything off or put anything on."

Loffredo shared that is "putting an end to the modification of my body for the moment" as he "no longer likes this world," adding: "I’m going to finish my full black all over the body and finish for the moment like this. Goodbye body modification.
