A man who dubbed himself the "black alien" has revealed that he plans to get more extreme surgery in the future.
Anthony Loffredo, a 32-year-old from France, has undergone many body modifications, such as removing his fingers, upper lip, eyeballs, and part of his nose since the age of 27.
Loffredo is also heavily tattooed, has a split tongue to replicate a snake-like figure, and has reptilian-style implants all over his head and arms.
While it may appear like he doesn't seem to be far from his end goal, the plastic surgery aficionado fanatic admitted that there may be more procedures to come.
In episode 116 of the Spanish podcast Club 113, Loffredo disclosed that the next body modification he plans to get is on his face, again.
After learning that he has struggled to find employment as a result of his extraterrestrial look, the podcast’s host asked Loffredo whether he has ever kept any of his amputated body parts.
"My ears. My friend keeps them," he answered, before revealing that he had also kept his discarded lips after many surgeries on his mouth.
The tattoo addict then began to discuss his plans for future modifications, saying: "My next modification is my face, that’s the next one."
And, while Loffredo declined to share the details of his facial plans, he conceded that he was considering removing one leg from the knee down.
"It’s something really hard because I have a healthy leg, and an amputation is something big," he acknowledged, without diving into too much detail on the procedure.
Loffredo then admitted that he has an interest in incorporating technology into his future projects, saying: "Do you like futuristic chips? I like everything surrounding this. It draws my attention, technology, and the future."
On his Instagram account, Loffredo documents his journey to becoming a black alien to his 1.2 million followers by updating how far along he is on his transformation.
Loffredo also opens up about the price he pays because of his looks and the day-to-day scrutiny he faces - sharing videos of him walking through crowded streets to document other people's reactions to his appearance.
The so-called Black Alien also disclosed that his extreme appearance has affected his relationship with some family members, causing them to break down.
He said that only his mom, brother, and sister support his radical transition, but, he added that despite some family support, he has a few regrets about the risks of his modifications.
"Yeah, I play with my health. I usually treat my own body really hard. But I still think and say to myself, people can die of anything like you could be run over by a car, you could have a stroke," he said. "So you know life, it’s just luck."
One woman who seemingly is supportive of Loffredo is the woman believed to be his girlfriend, whom he was seen posing alongside in images posted to Instagram.
He introduced the woman named Melina, presumably his new girlfriend, to his 1.4 million followers. He wrote "Jungle party," in the caption and tagged her in the post.
One snap shows the Black Alien standing behind his tattooed partner who is donning a green bikini, another reveals her standing next to his heavily modified body, and the third shows them looking loved up as she kisses her boyfriend on the cheek.
The post garnered over 97K likes and was flooded with reactions from many followers. One person wrote: "Enjoy love and be very happy," while another praised: "What a beautiful couple."
A third complimented: "What a cool couple," and a third added: "If they make me a nice couple, I hope the envious stop bothering them, peace and love."
