A Florida woman has given birth while standing in the car park of a medical center and it was captured by a doorbell cam.

Susan Anderson was in labor in Coral Springs, Florida, on June 19 when her husband rushed her to Natural Birth Works, but when they arrived, Susan realized that she just couldn't wait any longer and began to push.

In an interview with Local 10 News, the new mom said: "During the car ride to the birth center, I turned to my husband, and I was like, 'I need to push!'

"I didn't think I wouldn't make it into the building."

In incredible footage of the birth, Susan's husband Joseph can be seen watching the newborn slip through the leg of her shorts before the baby girl - who she named Julia - was caught by midwife Sandra Lovaina.

It was Susan's intention to have a water birth for her second child and she was rushing to reach the pool.

She said: "By the time we got to the first step the head was coming. That was my focus, just getting inside to the birthing tub, but she had other ideas."

In the video above, Susan can be seen bending over with her husband by her side and a midwife next to her.

Two police officers who were in the area also attended the scene.

The midwife tells them: "It's okay, it's okay, I'm a midwife, she's going to have a baby."

It's at this point that Susan screams and baby Julia slides through her shorts, but thankfully, Sandra was able to grab her just in time.

The baby is then placed into her mother's arms and they are taken into the center.

In an interview with WFLA, Sandra said this was one of the craziest deliveries she had ever witnessed.

"Not in the parking lot. Babies sometimes come really quick. You just gotta be, you gotta be quick. Put your gloves on, just go," she said.

Footage of the birth was subsequently shared on Facebook by Natural Birth Works with the caption: "One we won't forget!"

"Mom & baby are doing amazing and we can all laugh at how awesome this birth was. Especially because the cops looked pretty shell shocked."

While birth is at the same time a completely beautiful part of life and a fairly gross and painful event, there is no denying the overwhelming emotions that come with new parents bringing in life to the world, knowing that the tiny screaming bundle of joy is something that they created. But while we often hear and see images of mothers with their new children, lovingly gazing upon their son or daughter, it's not often that we focus on the great emotion the father feels in the situation. Yet there are some photographers out there that have captured these important moments so that they last forever.

On Monday's Late Night, host Seth Meyers told a hilarious and emotional story about the birth of his second child. When his first child was born, his wife Alexi's contractions started coming fast. They were worried for a moment that she might have to give birth in the Uber. Luckily, they made it to the hospital with twenty minutes to spare. However, this story blows that story out of the water.

It started out as a normal Sunday, until Seth's mother-in-law, Joanne, came downstairs and commanded, "WE HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. NOW!" Once again, Alexi's contractions were coming fast, and the baby wasn't waiting for anybody. They called an Uber and rushed to the lobby, but it was too late. Seth recalled, "My wife just says, 'I can't get in that car. I'm going to have the baby right now...The baby is coming. The baby is out.'"

Seth tried to calm Alexi down and convince her to get in the car. But then he realized the baby's head was literally coming. "She looked like someone who was hiding a baby in a pair of sweatpants," reflected Seth, cracking up. Thankfully, their doula, Neelu, was with them to help out. Faced with a choice between having the baby in the lobby or returning to the elevator, they chose the lobby.

After Alexi lay down on the floor of the lobby, they undressed her and formed a semi-circle around her. The doormen stopped their neighbors from walking into the lobby, and luckily no one came down down the elevators, because Alexi's legs were facing that direction. Seth joked they were saved from a lifetime of awkward interactions, and describes the birth as incredibly fast:

"I called 911...and over the course of a minute conversation, I basically said, 'We're about to have a baby — we're having a baby — we had a baby.' I went from someone calling about an emergency to someone just sharing good news with a stranger."

Firefighters, EMTs and NYPD officers arrived in the lobby to help out , and even cut the umbilical cord. Seth showed off a picture that was taken during the craziness. As the EMTs give his his wife oxygen, he looks up at the camera, grinning. In a touching moment, he praised his "incredible rock star" wife's strength, and started crying. "I'm getting choked up thinking about how brave I was," he joked.

This is Seth and Alexi's second son. They named their first son Ashe Olsen, and their second son Axel Strahl. Seth noted that the middle name is in honor of his mother-in-law's parents, who met at a hospital in Australia the day after they were liberated from a concentration camp. In closing, he said that when he saw his wife cradling the baby, he knew, "That kid’s going to be fine forever because of her."

A woman in labor has given birth inside a McDonald's bathroom after needing to go to the restroom whilst on the way to the hospital.

Alandria Worthy and her fiancé Deandre Phillips probably got the best surprise of all from the fast-food restaurant, as they didn't leave with a burger, but a newborn baby girl, as reported by People.

The couple was darting to the hospital when Alandria instructed her fiancé that she needed to go to the toilet. He pulled over at an Atlanta McDonald's and that's when Alandria's water broke.

Speaking to 11 Alive News, Alandria described her experience: "I went into the bathroom and my water broke immediately, It was an experience because it happened so fast."

When she understandably began screaming, the general manager of the restaurant, Tunisia Woodward, came rushing in to see what was happening. She was naturally shocked by the scene when she arrived.

Also speaking to 11 Alive News, Tunisia said: "I thought they were joking, and I open this door, didn't see anyone, but I saw feet [under the door], I opened [it], and she was on this toilet lying back, screaming. Then I knew to tell my crew, we're having a baby today."

The general manager instructed two members of staff to call 911 immediately. Meanwhile, Deandre entered the establishment to see if his fiancé was okay, and found her surrounded by the three female members of staff.

He recalls that Alandria was sitting on the toilet screaming, and he was doing his best in an attempt to calm her down. "I was like, just breathe. I got her on the floor, and I took off my clothes," he explained. "The ladies at McDonald's were at her front side, holding her hands. I had her feet propped up on my knees. We told her to push three pushes. She was a fighter."

Deandre continued: "I was on the phone with emergency dispatch, so they were telling us what to do through the phone. That was the good thing that we had many people there - because I wouldn't be able to multitask if I was on the highway in the car and the traffic."

Nandi Ariyah Moremi Phillips was born right there in the McDonald's bathroom, and the workers were quick to give her cute a nickname. They dubbed the newborn McDonald's little nugget, which went down very well with both the parents and the grandparents.

"It fits her. My little nugget," Deandre concluded.

A three-day-old newborn stunned her mom as she started crawling right in front of her.

Taking to TikTok, a user who goes by the name Samatha Elizabeth posted a video showing her daughter, who was born literally that same week, lifting her head and crawling in her little incubator at the hospital.

The shocking footage was filmed by the mom, who watched the sight in front of her in utter disbelief.

Alongside the clip, she wrote: "POV: your daughter is 3 days old and is lifting her head and crawling and talking," with a mind-blown emoji.

Typically it takes between three to six months for a baby to be able to develop their neck muscles enough to support their own head as per a report by Baby Centre.

"Your baby's neck muscles are fairly weak when they're born. If you pull them up gently by their hands into a sitting position their head will flop back because their neck muscles can’t support it," reads the report written by health advisor Joanne Lewsley. "For the first few months, they'll rely on you using your hands to support their head and neck when you hold them."

It also defined the stages that lead up to that point, stating that between four to 12 weeks, babies "may be able to raise their head when they're lying on their tummy, a bit like they're doing a small push-up."

But at merely three days old - now that's a unique baby!

The video was posted to the social media platform late last month and has already been viewed 51.4 million times, with thousands of people taking to the comments to express their shock.

"She gonna drive you home back from the hospital," wrote one user.

"What type of baby is that?" another questioned.

A third even urged the mom to consult a medical professional: "Show the doctors something could be wrong."

"Babies born after 2020 are definitely built different," said another user, while someone else tried to put in a good argument for the reason behind evolution: "When I see babies doing this it makes me think they are evolving because they know they gotta get moving faster."

Jen joked: "She’s trying to get up to ask you about your car insurance."
