Megan Fox says she's fed up with people judging the age gap between herself and boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly.
Speaking to InStyle, the 35-year-old Transformers actress opened about the sexist double standard women who date younger men are subject to.
Fox, who has been in a relationship with the 31-year-old rapper since May of 2020, told the magazine: "You want to talk about patriarchy? The fact that [Kelly is] four years younger than me, and people want to act like I'm dating a younger man."

She continued
"He's 31, and I'm 35. Granted, he's lived like he's 19 his whole life, but he isn't 19. No one would blink twice if George Clooney was dating someone four years younger.
"Four years? Go f*** yourself. We would have been in high school together. That's so ridiculous that women are treated that way."
The couple first met on the set of the movie Midnight in the Switchgrass, and their friendship quickly turned far more intimate after Fox's split from her then-husband, Brian Austin Green.

Fox previously opened up about her relationship with the musician in an appearance on director Randall Emmett's podcast, Give Them Lala... with Randall, stating:
"I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame.
"Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time.
"So we're actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away."
She added: "I asked him to come into my trailer for lunch, and I put him through all of this astrology stuff. I went deep right away. I knew before I even did his chart, I said to him, he has a Pisces moon. I could tell by his energy."
Indeed, the couple clearly flaunted their close connection to one another in a gothic Valentine's Day post back in February, when Machine Gun Kelly revealed that he had taken to wearing a vial containing a drop of Megan's blood.
