Mia Khalifa has announced that she's gotten engaged

Mia Khalifa is probably one of the most desired women on the planet, and the Lebanese adult-actress-turned-influencer has amassed a gigantic fanbase. However, to all those guys who have been hoping to one day land a sate with her, I've got bad news: Mia Khalifa has officially gotten engaged. That's right: she's decided to finally tie the knot with her long-term Swedish boyfriend Robert Sandberg.

Mia broke the news with a selfie, which she posted on Instagram, accompanied by a caption which read: "Thank you a million times over for the entire team at @smythchicago for helping @robertsandberg propose this trip and dinner was supposed to celebrate him getting his visa! Robert has planted the seed so deep in my mind for so long that he hates restaurant proposals so I never, EVER, saw this coming. I love y’all so much! Thank you!"

In an Instagram post of his own, Sandberg talked about Mia's reaction to his proposal. He wrote: "We went to Chicago this weekend and had a wonderful dinner at Smyth. I proposed to @miakhalifa and she said YES! The ring was hidden in a bowl of dried ingredients and came out as a ‘new serving.’

He added: "Mia was too curious and too eager to taste so she started to eat the inedible ingredients. I told her not to do it and then I put the ring on the finger. I love you so much! Thank you @chefjohnshields and team for a really good night and for making this happen. [sic]"

It's currently unknown whether or not Mia's family will attend the wedding. The actress has previously stated that her parents have stopped speaking to her because of her career. Her parents have said that her decision to enter the porn industry was due to her living in a foreign country with a different culture, adding that her actions did not reflect her upbringing.

Recently, Mia provoked controversy on social media after criticising radio DJ  Drew Garabo referred to her work in the porn industry when reporting how a hockey puck ended up rupturing her breast implant.

She took to Twitter and stated: "I know the educational system in FL is sub-par, but if you request an interview from someone recovering from extensive surgery and they graciously accept to speak on it, maybe don’t introduce them by talking about a different vapid adult actress you once saw at a sporting event as cheap segue into the interview. I held back what I actually wanted to say to these Floridian inbred idiots, but damn, I hope the FCC sends you a check so high you’ll have to re-mortgage the caravan you and your cats sleep in."
