An OnlyFans star who was born with two vaginas has revealed the weirdest things that her fans have asked for.

Annie Charlotte was diagnosed with uterus didelphys at the age of 16.

Uterus didelphys occurs when two ducts that typically fuse into a single uterus fail to combine, resulting in two separate uteruses.

In some cases, the condition also causes two cervixes and two vaginal canals to form, according to Cleveland Clinic.

While the condition has unique medical implications - including the rare possibility of simultaneous pregnancies in each uterus - Charlotte said the personal and social challenges are far more impactful.

“Now I’m on a lot of dating apps, and people will be like, ‘You’re the two p****s girl,’” she told news.com.au.

Charlotte revealed that her condition often dominates conversations with potential partners, turning her into a curiosity rather than a person.

“I get a lot of questions, and it often turns explicit,” she said.

Men frequently ask if she has “had two at a time,” and when she says no, they often respond with offers to “sort her out.”

While some interactions are disgusting, some are genuine requests.

“One guy bought my bathwater for $4000 AUD,” she told news.com.au. “I sent him a photo of me in the bath, scooped some of the water into a jar, and shipped it off to the United States. They wanted to ensure the water had been ‘exposed’ to both of my vaginas.”

Another popular request involves her placing underwear in both of her vaginas, a service she began offering last Christmas.

Charging $650 for each pair of underwear, Charlotte made an astonishing $30,000 in a single month from these videos.

Her OnlyFans earnings now reach $20,000 per month, with much of her income generated through live-streaming popular video games like League of Legends and Call of Duty.

Even during her gaming streams, fans make unusual requests. “I had one bloke buy my mousepad for $1500,” Charlotte said. “All he wanted was for me to sit on it. I also had someone pay $300 for my toenail clippings!”

However, Charlotte has set clear boundaries. “I’m actually quite precious with some of my nice lingerie,” she said.

She recalled turning down a request to sell an expensive Honey Birdette lingerie set unless the buyer replaced it, a demand that seemed to discourage him.

However, sometimes people can speak to Charlotte in a harmful manner.

One particularly troubling encounter involved a high-profile man Charlotte was dating. What began as a promising evening took a shocking turn when he and a friend proposed a degrading idea.

“Next minute, he said he’d been thinking he and his mate ‘wanted to be tunnel buddies in separate vaginas,’” she recalled, describing the comment as premeditated. While she briefly considered the situation, circumstances prevented it from going further.

In another incident, a man arrived for a date with a friend, using her condition as justification.

“He said, ‘Well, two vaginas, so I thought two guys would be appropriate,’” Charlotte recounted, calling the experience deeply dehumanizing.

These encounters have left her feeling disrespected and reduced to a sex object.

“With my dating life, I am more than just my two vaginas,” she said. “It makes me feel rubbish. People are just seeing me as a sex object.”

Charlotte has chosen to be open about her condition, using her platform to inspire others.

As a teenager, she was more reserved about sharing her story, revealing it only to close acquaintances.

But now, her honesty has sparked conversations, empowering others to confront insecurities or concerns about their own bodies.

Charlotte receives messages from people who feel supported and encouraged by her openness.

“I’m proud of who I am,” she said.
