A woman was left looking so different after undergoing cosmetic procedures that she was forced to renew her passport to be able to travel without issue.

Traveling can often be a nightmare, especially when you're on the way home because you no longer have the excitement of a vacation and you want the hellish experience of the airport to be over.

But then you're suddenly faced with one of two things - a stern-looking border patrol agent who grills you on every aspect of your life, or perhaps even worse, an E-gate.

The gates never worked for me with my old passport, meaning I had a decade of longer queues because apparently, the machine didn't think I looked like my photo.

Anyway, this isn't about me, this is about 28-year-old Joanne Prophet who continually stumped passport control by not looking like her photo, all because she had cosmetic surgery.

The Lancashire beautician, who has undergone significant plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements over the last ten years, recently shared her eyebrow-raising experience on her TikTok account, @joanneprophet.

In a video that has gone viral, Joanne showcased her jaw-dropping new appearance alongside a nearly decade-old passport photo where she looked like a completely different person.

Her radical transformation includes a nose job, two boob jobs, dental work in Turkey, chin and lip filler, fat-dissolving injections, skin boosters, lengthy hair extensions, and fake eyelashes.

It's safe to say that those at passport control had difficulty working out if it was her.

Joanne revealed: "No wonder I keep getting stopped when I go through passport control. That is legit me!"

Her flights have become the stage for an interrogation by border officials who can't believe she is the same person as her dated passport photo. This ordeal became a routine part of her travels, causing inevitable delays and frustration for the mum-of-two.

A recent trip to Turkey became a memorable ordeal when Joanne was pulled aside by six astonished border officials. "I got pulled into a room for about an hour and got interrogated by about six men," she recalled.

This was the moment that the 28-year-old revealed that it might be time for a new passport.

People flooded the comments of the viral TikTok with their thoughts and own experiences, as one person said: "I had to change my passport for the same reason. Turkish border control don’t mess around."

A second person joked: "I would definitely say that’s two different women," while many more enquired about her amazing glow-up.

In fairness, Joanne looks amazing but it's no wonder why the Turkish passport control had some slight concerns!
