A life coach has revealed five "psychology tips" that she says will make you look like the most attractive person in the room.

Coach Francesca, who is based in the US but originally from Romania, goes by the handle @francescapsychology on TikTok. She studied psychology at City University in London and often gets attention for her psychology tips.

In one of her most recent videos, Francesca shared with her 1.1 million followers on the social media platform, a number of tips that she says will make people find you attractive.

The coach explained in her video - which has amassed 22.4K likes and 171K views since its posting - how her tips varying from talking slowly to sporting wet hair can make everyone keep their eyes on you.

Check out her video below:

In her first explainer, Francesca told her followers to use their hands when they talk because it makes them seem "more confident," adding that it makes you "more engaging".

The psychologist then described her second tip which was rocking wet hair and how it can make you appear irresistible to others.

"Keep your hair wet," the charisma guru advised, adding that, "for some reason, we tend to rate people with wet hair as more attractive".

The third tip she shared was to "take your time when you talk," adding, "take breaks and talk slowly". The coach recommended that taking your time with words can make you seem "relaxed" and "confident" while rushing makes you appear "insecure".

Francesca's fourth suggestion was smiling "authentically" and having a "warm body language." "Just enjoying yourself and having a good time makes people come to you like a magnet," she said.

The Romanian coach's final key to attractiveness was to have "sensual energy", which she explained was "feeling good in your own skin and letting your sexual energy flow in your body".

Needless to say, Francesca’s rules of attraction resonated with many of her followers, with some thanking her for her tips and others saying they will give it a try.

One user wrote: "I use my hands and I believe I give off sensual. As I smile while I talk… all very intentional."

Another commented: "Thanks! using these tips for my interview."

A third user asked the coach: "Oily hair count?"

A fourth user shared: "Haha do all these things including greasy hair."
