A woman who "died" for three days has opened up about the message she claims to have received from angels in heaven.
Julie Poole, 61, who is a spiritualist, has revealed that she received a message from angels "in heaven" after attempting to take her own life.
When she was 21 years old, after having experienced "physical, mental, sexual and emotional abuse" as a child, she was hospitalized after having taken an overdose of painkillers.
While she was left in "limbo" for three days afterward, she described what she experienced after being transported to a "higher realm" by angels.
Speaking on the Life After Life podcast, the self-described spiritual and personal empowerment coach, psychic, channeller, energy healer, hypnotherapist, law of attraction teacher, and author revealed she was told it was not "her time" to die and that better times were coming for her.
During the "out of body experience", Julie believes she was transported to a spiritual realm where she was greeted by angels.
She explained: "'I suddenly saw my guides and my angels around me and then they lifted me up and took me up to the Higher Realms. I just remember saying 'I'm going home' and they said 'No you're not, it's not your time.'"
Julie claims they also told her she had been through three lifetimes worth of suffering already, adding: "'We did warn you it would be too hard and too overwhelming, and now here you are at 21 trying to check out.'"
The out-of-body experience was so powerful that it ended up changing Julie's life and putting her on the path to spirituality.
She added that as well as the personal message, the angels told her that a new "Golden Age" for mankind will begin between 2012 and 2032.
Revealing what she was told, Julie explained: "What we mean by the Golden Age is that for millennia now there has been an enormous amount of power, abuse and control… all of that has been held by the few and has controlled the masses.
"This Golden Age is bringing an equality across the board, so that which is false and fake and untrue and corrupt will fall away."
She interpreted this to believe that there would be a "day of reckoning" coming soon, where the "evil global leaders" would lose their power, adding: "They’re getting caught and kicked out, and people that have a pure heart pure intentions are coming in instead."
Julie added that she believes the suffering she endured as a child led to her finding spirituality, revealing that it is "the only part of [her] life that made sense was [her] spiritual connections".
