South West Airlines has spoken out amid Savannah Chrisley's claims that she was thrown off an airplane over a dispute about carry-on luggage.

The 25-year-old Chrisley Knows Best star told her followers that she was set to fly from New York back home to Tennessee on Thursday (April 20), however, she was thrown off the flight after an argument about her carry-on bag.

She frustratedly explained the scenario in a series of videos uploaded to her Instagram stories this week.

"Alright guys, so I officially know why everyone hates Southwest so much. I mean absolutely hates it - the worst thing in the entire world," Chrisley said in one of the videos (via Page Six) during which she zooms in on the flight attendant who is at her gate.

"This man right here … um, awful. I went to board my flight to get on and he told me that I had to check my bag. I was like, 'Okay, if you wouldn't mind, I'm gonna take my bag on the flight, see if I can't make it fit and if not, I'll check it,'" she continued.

She then added how the airline employee refused her again, apparently calling her an "unruly passenger". While she did admit to calling the staff member an "a**hole", she did try to explain that she needed to get back home to her 10-year-old niece, whom she has full custody of.

"And well, the Southwest attendant said, 'I don't care.' So Southwest, you're awful but not going to lie … your pilot was kinda hot," before stating in a later video: "In case another story comes out, after he told me he didn't care if I got home to my 10-year-old … I told him that I hope he finds a better purpose for his life. Maybe I shouldn't have said it, but the devil came over me and Jesus did not come out."

On Saturday (April 22), a representative for South West told Page Six that Chrisley had allegedly "repeatedly insulted several employees" and that her actions caused her to be "denied boarding on her original flight" and booked on a "later flight the same day." The rep also alleged that Chrisley had "arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and was asked to gate-check her bag due [to] the overhead bins being full and to avoid delaying the more than 100 passengers already onboard the aircraft."

Chrisley is the legal guardian of both her niece and younger brother, following her parents' conviction for federal tax fraud. On January 17, Chrisley Knows Best reality show stars Todd, 53, and wife Julie, 50, reported to their individual prison locations for their federal tax fraud case convictions which included wire fraud, tax evasion, and conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
