A viral TikTok has shown the moment a tourist's disrespectful behavior caused a man, then a member of the Queen's Guard, to storm off before an armed police officer got involved.

"Tourist told to stop being disrespectful to the Queen's Guard by armed police," the text in the video reads.

The video, which has over 250,000 likes and almost 14 million views, depicts a tourist standing in front of a Guard in London, poking out his tongue and thrusting his pelvis forward in an unusual stance - assumably holding the pose for a photo.

At one point, he then decides to squat down and smile at the camera, evidently pretending to defecate in front of the Guard. The tourist then turns his head away from the camera and mimes a kissing face directed at the Guard's groin area. How original...

The stony-faced Guard eventually has enough of the bothersome buffoon, stamps his feet and strides off out of view, clearly annoying the tourist. A heavily armed officer subsequently comes into the frame - at that point the tourist then moans: "He ruined the picture," to which the officer replied: "You shouldn't disrespect him."

The tourist then rolled his eyes and walks off, allowing the Guard to come back to his original spot - no longer having to worry about inadvertently posing for a distasteful groin shot.

Comments underneath the TikTok were mixed - with users either supporting the Guard and policeman's actions, or brushing the incident off as not a big deal.

One user, named @grumpyoldman, wrote: "The guards are all active duty soldiers on ceremonial duties and have earned and deserve respect."

While another person commented: "He is doing his job would be nice if they respect that."

"What is so enjoyable disturbing people working?," someone else added.

Though, many people also didn't see what the big deal was, as one person said: "These people take things way too seriously."

"Why is this so funny when he stomps away tho," someone chimed in.

Someone even cheekily joked that the tourist may have been swiftly killed after the episode, writing: "And that was the last time we saw Mike."

Whatever your opinion on the incident, it's clear the King's Guards are definitely not ones to be messed with!

In a similar incident last year, a video of a King's Guard shouting at a woman went viral on social media.

The video in question this time was reposted by the channel @thekingsguardschannel and shows a woman dressed in a red hoodie with a white gilet walking towards a guard who is standing in front of the gates of what looks to be Buckingham Palace.

In the hopes of getting a picture with the stern-looking figure, she stands next to him and smiles while someone takes out a phone and snaps a shot.

However, as she's posing, the guard stomps his two feet before screaming in the face of the bewildered woman.

"Do not touch the King's Life Guard!" he shouts.

Not only is the woman who wanted the picture looking up at the guard clearly very confused and frightened, but other unimpressed tourists also turn to look at him.

He just stomps his feet again before getting back into position with his sword by his shoulder and his gaze unwavering.
