A Domino's driver has divided opinions after screaming at a customer who allegedly kept her waiting outside their door.

On Sunday, a video shared by TikTok user @madeline734 went viral showing a Rhode Island Domino’s pizza driver taking her anger out on a customer named Madeline who allegedly kept her waiting for 15 minutes before opening the door.

In the clip, you can clearly hear the driver shouting: "Time is money for me. Man, you knew the pizza was coming. I just spoke to you."

"Answer the f****** door," added the unidentified woman.

The New York Post reports that after the back and forth, the driver asked the woman if she and the unidentified man standing next to her were going to call the police.

"You want me on tape? Call the police," she said, stumbling over her words. "You want me to lose my job? Do it. Call it."

In the end, it was reported that the pair didn't call the authorities, but they did state that the pizza driver could have handled the situation better than how she did.

The man rhetorically asked: "She’s mad because she’s been outside for 15 minutes with my food instead of just calling me and telling me that she’s outside?"

"I called you to ask about your soda," shouted the driver in defense. "I said I was two minutes away."

After the original video was swiftly deleted following backlash in the comments seciton, a section of the clip was later reposed to the video-sharing platform by user @startedsomewhere, who gave his own opinion on the matter.

"Get the f*** outta here bro," he started. "Listen, under no circumstances, especially this one, is a Domino's delivery driver speak to a customer - a paying customer - like that."

He went on the suggest that the driver ought to be "terminated" for their behavior.

However, other social media users gathered to argue the complete opposite.

"In the full video, she called to let them know she's 2 minutes away, then knocked and waited 15 minutes for them to come to the door. She should be mad," this user wrote.

"I worked at Domino's. Drivers MUST hand the food to someone or bring it back. I'm with the driver," another added.

A third even agreed with the phrase that "time is money" writing: "Time is literally money for them. if you're ordering a pizza you should be watching for. The lady called him to let him know her ETA."

And these two users also disagreed with the customers with one of them explaining: "Hahaha boy no you're done. [I don't give a f***] if you're a paying customer or not, 15 minutes is not cool. She DID call, chump. Literally told the mf she was TWO MINUTES AWAY. Nahhhhh, that couple is dirty for that."

So far, there have been no updates on whether the Domino's driver did lose their job over this incident but given the circumstances, it would be a pretty extreme reaction to terminate their position.
