A police officer who was fired for allegedly sleeping with six co-workers has been offered the opportunity to perform at a strip club for $10,000.

Patrol officer Meagan Hall of the La Vergne Police Department was dismissed from her role alongside four other officers after it came to light that she had engaged in a sexual relationship with them, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Detective Seneca Shields was one of the officers involved in the investigation and he admitted to engaging in oral sex with Hall in the gym of the police department while on duty.

After being relieved of her duties, a Nashville strip club offered the former police officer a chance to ease the financial burden of losing a job by performing two shows.

Speaking to the Scoop Nashville, Regional Director Michael Durham said: "We want her at Deja Vu Nashville on March 17th. Two shows. $5,000 per show.

"I get the moral outrage. However, she is no longer an employee of the La Vergne Police Department. She can now choose what is best for her financially."

Following Hall's dismissal, Police Chief Burrell Davis spoke about the ongoing investigation: "This is a difficult situation for our department and for the city, but I want to be clear that the actions of a few do not represent this department as a whole."

Chief Burrel continued: "This situation is being addressed internally with our staff, we are bringing in counselors to help our officers work through these circumstances, and we will continue to provide the most professional protection as possible for this community.

"We have sufficient staff to cover all of our patrol shifts and I have full confidence in our officers' ability to protect and serve. We are working diligently to rebuild the trust of our citizens and our community.

"We understand this will take time and diligence from our command staff and officers to repair the honor and integrity of our department."

As reported by the Daily Mail, Hall's husband intends to stay with his wife despite the events and he is looking to repair relations with her.

It was also reported that the former officer had been warned on multiple occasions about her driving, with the department threatening her with dismissal if she was involved in any more "preventable" car-related incidents.

It is currently unknown whether Hall will be accepting the offer from the strip club.
