A Brazilian influencer tragically lost her life after sharing an Instagram post that, in hindsight, has proved a very chilling one. According to local newspaper <a class="external-link" title="(opens new window)" href="https://www.otempo.com.br/cidades/influencer-familia-e-amigos-se-reunem-para-o-adeus-a-julia-hennessy-1.2514172" target="_blank" rel="noopener" aria-describedby="external-disclaimer">O Tempo</a>, 22-year-old Júlia Hennessy Cayuela died in a motorcycle accident in São José dos Pinhais outside São Paulo on Thursday, July 15. She and her husband Daniel Cayuela were on a motorbike road trip, traveling through the mountains of southern Brazil when they were suddenly hit by a truck that was switching lanes on a road in São José dos Pinhais, according to another <a class="body-link" href="https://g1.globo.com/mg/minas-gerais/noticia/2021/07/16/estamos-desolados-disse-padrasto-de-blogueira-de-bh-morta-em-acidente-de-moto-em-estrada-no-parana.ghtml" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-vars-ga-outbound-link="https://g1.globo.com/mg/minas-gerais/noticia/2021/07/16/estamos-desolados-disse-padrasto-de-blogueira-de-bh-morta-em-acidente-de-moto-em-estrada-no-parana.ghtml">local outlet, G1</a>. Per <a href="https://nypost.com/2021/07/20/influencer-dead-at-22-after-final-post-life-is-short-lets-be-crazy/">The New York Post</a>, the Federal Highway Police of Parana and Ecovia believe a truck was crossing the BR-277 road when Júlia and Daniel collided into the side of the vehicle. The 22-year-old beauty influencer was airlifted to a local hospital but sadly died of sudden cardiac rest shortly after. Hundreds of dedicated fans and loved ones were in attendance at her funeral. Hauntingly, the social media star's final post on the platform, on which she had 332,000 followers, was captioned (translated by the NY Post): "Life is short, let’s be crazy - me, you, god and the road. In the photo, the helmet-clad couple is seen posing on top of a large yellow sign for the town of Capão Bonito. Needless to say, both posts have been inundated with messages mostly from their Portuguese-speaking fans who shared their immense grief after news of Júlia's passing. Elsewhere on the internet, those perhaps less familiar with the web stars have also been sharing their own heartfelt messages.
