Prince Andrew's ex-girlfriend Lady Victoria Hervey has claimed that Jeffrey Epstein and former President Bill Clinton were "like brothers".

A new ITV documentary, titled Ghislaine, Prince Andrew, and the Paedophile, explores the relationship between Andrew, British socialite, and convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, and convicted sex offender Epstein.

In the documentary, Hervey added that Epstein and Clinton "loved" being around the Duke of York. These claims have not been confirmed by Prince Andrew, nor by Clinton.

Listen to Lady Victoria Hervey open up about the Duke of York right here:

Hervey and Prince Andrew briefly dated in 1999, and she was a longtime friend of Maxwell.

"[Bill] Clinton was definitely very close to Jeffrey," Hervey said in the documentary, according to Daily Mail. "They were like brothers, you know, and he was close to Ghislaine as well."

When asked about Epstein and Clinton's relationship to Prince Andrew, Hervey said: "Prince Andrew was the son of the queen of England. Americans love that. Jeffery loved that. Bill Clinton loved that."

Last week, the Duke of York was stripped of his royal patronages and military titles as a result of a sexual assault civil lawsuit brought against him by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre.

In a statement, Buckingham Palace said that the royal had returned them with his mother's "approval and agreement."

The news comes a day after the Duke of York's lawyers failed to have a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault dismissed.

"With The Queen’s approval and agreement, The Duke of York's military affiliations and Royal patronages have been returned to The Queen," the statement read.

"The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen," it added.

This crushing blow means that Prince Andrew - who is Queen Elizabeth II's third child and ninth in line to the throne - will no longer go by the title "His Royal Highness" in any official capacity. He will also be stripped of his countless military titles and positions.

In December, Maxwell was found guilty of helping Epstein sexually abuse teenage girls.

Maxwell was charged with six counts alleging that she recruited, groomed, and abused four underage girls between 1994 and 2004. She pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Maxwell, 60, was found guilty of five federal charges, including sex trafficking of a minor, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and three related counts of conspiracy.

She was acquitted on the charge of enticing a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, per BBC News.
