In fact, a whole multi-million dollar make-up line was launched on off the back of Kylie's pout, making her a cosmetics powerhouse.

However, recently the reality TV star decided to make a dramatic change to her image, removing the lip fillers that built her lip kit empire. In a post uploaded to Instagram on Sunday, the 20-year-old revealed her new brand look to her followers, who were left amazed at the transformation back to the "old Kylie".

After the new mother uploaded the picture of her and her best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou, fans immediately knew there was something different, and Kylie eventually came clean, telling one fan "I got rid of all my filler".

Accompanying her comment with some worried emoji faces, the star made it clear that she wasn't feeling completely confident with her new appearance. However, her fans were there to assure her that she looked incredible.

"@kyliejenner you are truly a natural beauty. Like always ?," wrote Instagram user naatnightingale, while fan leonora_sofia commented saying "Wow im so proud of u!!! I think that motherhood did this amazingness to you! You look bomb♥️ u made me feel beautiful? youre lips look great!!! Stormi is so blessed to have a mommy like u Ky❤️".

The 20-year-old has always felt uncomfortable with her natural lips, having begun overlining them at a young age, before undergoing fillers when she turned 16. Amid rampant media speculation, Kylie at first denied that she'd got her lips done, but eventually came clean on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians spin-off show The Life of Kylie in 2015.

In an emotional moment, she revealed that she felt insecure about her lips because of a boy who she kissed when she was younger.  "'I had really small lips, and it was, like, one of my first kisses, and a guy was like, I didn't think you'd be a good kisser because you have such small lips,'" she explained to her therapist. "I took that really hard. Just when a guy you like says that... I don't know, it just really affected me. I didn't feel desirable or pretty."

She went onto say: "I have temporary lip fillers, it's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do. I want to admit to the lips, but people are so quick to judge me on everything, so I might have tiptoed around the truth. But I didn't lie."

Her dramatic change comes days after she revealed in a fan Q&A that her daughter Stormi hasn’t inherited many of her features. She said: "She’s looking a lot more like her dad. The one thing I was insecure about, she has — she has the most perfect lips in the whole entire world. She didn't get those from me."
