Melania Trump 'disgusted' by Donald Trump's attempted kiss

Melania Trump was ‘disgusted’ by her husband after he leaned in for a kiss during an extremely awkward exchange at the White House today.
Donald and Melania Trump held a grand ceremony at the White House earlier to sign an executive order aimed at improving women’s health.

On the face of things, this should be an executive order that is cheered from both sides of the political aisle.
The President and First Lady have signed off on a project that is clearly dear to Melania’s heart, and the hearts of women across the USA.
The order demands that the health administration, led by RFK Jr., start up a task force to improve research and outcomes in women’s health specifically.
It is true that this is an underdeveloped part of healthcare and historically women’s health specifically has been left behind.
However, this wasn’t the only topic up for discussion, important though it is.
The pair’s relationship has been under the microscope in recent times, and - as is the nature of their celebrity and positions - their every exchange is scrutinised to within millimeters.
From conspiracy theories and fake photos with Trump and key aide Natalie Harp, about whom the rumors simply will not go away, to awkward comments made by the president in summing up his wife.
This time, it was a simple kiss that drew the eye of many.
Melania appeared to brush off Donald’s advances
At the ceremony, Donald leant in and tried to kiss his wife, but she turned her face away and appeared to rebuff him - not wanting the contact.
Whether or not this is anything indicative of their relationship is up for debate, but you can guess how people online reacted.
"His own wife is disgusted by him,” wrote one.
"She clearly didn’t want to kiss him,” a second wrote.
Referring to how far the First Lady turned her head from her husband, one person commented: “She nearly did an exorcist rotation”.
"I got a kink in my neck just watching that maneuver.”
So, what does it all mean?
Well, perhaps it means that she just didn’t want a kiss at that moment in time, which is a totally valid thing.
Perhaps it is more indicative of a coldness in their relationship - especially at a time when rumors persist about Donald.
Well, when do rumors not persist about Donald?
It’s probably not the case that some of the wilder conspiracies are true - such as the ones that suggest Melania is paid for her every encounter with the POTUS, or the one that suggests she has a ‘double’.
Those are pretty certainly not true.
Still, when things like this happen in public, questions arise online, and they fill the void in the absence of answers.
Maybe it’s just a run-of-the-mill encounter that has nothing more to it?
There’s no such thing online.
